  1. Perhaps our focus should be on actually collecting back taxes instead of bills that are proposed for nothing more than political purposes of class warfare.
  2. I don't know what he's talking about here, either.
  3. At least I suggested one.
  4. The Democrats War on Women is going to get this much larger as we get closer to the election.

  6. You need to read it again. He isn't saying they conspired to create the list. He's just saying that's where the list came from. Well, that's freaking clear as mud. They didn't generate it, but it came from them...huh?!? No, they generated the individual talking points. Whether it was a conspiracy or not, we don't know. However, Mike wasn't suggesting it's a conspiracy to come up with all the items on the list. Just that all the items on the list came from the alpha numeric networks.

  8. If it wasn't for those pesky continuing resolutions. Matt Ban Continuing Resolutions. That's one law I would not mind seeing passed.
  9. Zimmerman's an amateur. Self-defense? How's this for self-defense? Definitely setting up an insanity defense. I gotta hear the reasoning, though.
  10. Sorry, but you have been forked. What's the Spanish word for that?
  11. What's the Spanish word for that?
  12. What he meant is what he said - that POOR mothers with 2 year old kids should go to work outside the home. OTOH rich mothers have full time jobs dealing with the nannies, maids, butler, caring for 2 Cadillacs... Don't breed em if you can't feed em.
  13. I think you must be getting dizzy from spinning. The fact others did something makes one no less of a hypocrite when they do the same.
  14. I'm sure you see no difference in what you claim he meant, from what he actually meant given the full context.
  15. What I learned isn't what you think it is. What's the Spanish word for Self-delusion.
  16. How difficult it must be to live in your world and totally miss the point. I realize you have alot of nice things, and you feel guilty about it. It must have been given to you. I would be surprised if you had to work hard for what you have accomplished because you don't understand the trap that government aid has become. I think you should sell all your material goods, turn over your accounts to your uncle, and live off the land in ALaska or something. Romney said at a Jan. 4 campaign stop in Manchester, N.H.: “Even if you have a child two years of age, you need to go to work.” What he left out was "Unless your name is Anne Romney." Here's what he actually said.
  17. Not as much fun as watching the Martin supporters claim someone who is part of a Neighborhood Watch group be defined as a vigilante, a Hispanic referred to as a white racist and Skittles referred to as groceries. Just for the record, I'm not a supporter of either party in this. I think a trial by a jury of his peers is the only correct way to determine the truth of the matter. Not trial by internet. Then the REAL evidence (such as the medical examiner's report" will be available. Uh, oh. Here comes the famous Kallend tap dance. Calling Z a vigilante is most definitely taking sides. Nope. It is simply an accurate description of an Hispanic neighborhood watchman. Uh, huh, right. I understand.
  18. The solution is easy. The government needs to step in and tell the hospitals what they can charge for services. They also need to raise taxes on these wealthy doctors and hospitals.
  19. Not as much fun as watching the Martin supporters claim someone who is part of a Neighborhood Watch group be defined as a vigilante, a Hispanic referred to as a white racist and Skittles referred to as groceries. "Vigilante" = "watchman". Sorry you don't like it, but that IS the meaning. Same Latin root as "vigilant". I'm pretty sure the only one who believes that is you. But please don't let me get in your way while you continue to provide some humor.
  20. When you spout off about the gross unfairness of Buffet paying a lower tax rate than his secretary and then you do the same thing yourself, that makes you very much a hypocrite. That's the point.
  21. Nope. Presidents have been favoring the rich for generations. Bush most certainly did NOT do it first. Just pointing out the HYPOCRISY of the individual who brought it up in the first place. It's a "Dog Bites Man" story. Exactly. In Obama's case it's just part of his "paying their far share" schtick.

  24. Please tell us the name of a Fox commentator who is on Fox's and the DNC payroll at the same time.
  25. Ya, I think his definition of groceries is also a tad off from what is considered common public sense... The general public's normal concept of groceries: http://www.google.com/search?q=groceries&oe=utf-8&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a&um=1&ie=UTF-8&hl=en&tbm=isch&source=og&sa=N&tab=wi&ei=hvOKT4PeOaXe0QGXwNnKCQ&biw=1366&bih=582&sei=ivOKT4TdAcPv0gHfnYHZCQ#um=1&hl=en&client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla:en-US%3Aofficial&tbm=isch&sa=1&q=groceries&oq=groceries&aq=f&aqi=g10&aql=&gs_l=img.3..0l10.41428l43286l0l44844l9l9l0l4l4l0l164l649l0j5l5l0.frgbld.&pbx=1&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.r_qf.,cf.osb&fp=8a90d391f0a861a1&biw=1366&bih=582 Kallend's concept of groceries: http://www.promo-wholesale.com/Upfiles/Prod_q/Dlk-Mini-Shopping-Cart-With-Skittles-Candy_20090687079.jpg I realize that Detroit is going through some bad times. However, in Illinois, grocery stores sell candy and iced tea. They also sell brooms and drain cleaner. Where I live, we don't call those items groceries. Chicago is a strange place.
