Let me help you out with the full quote; "But the pundits have often blurred the distinction between the civil and criminal cases. O'Reilly and other Fox commentators have confused the issue by suggesting Holder and the Obama administration made the call not to pursue more serious charges against the New Black Panther Party members. Perez stated that the Civil Rights Division decided pre-Obama not to pursue more serious, criminal charges. So when O'Reilly brings on legal analysts who paint it as an outrage that the Justice Department did not pursue a criminal case, and the only person condemned by O'Reilly is Holder for not "representing the United States in a fair and balanced way," that's misleading and misplaced. We think it's fair to hold Holder accountable for the decision to limit the civil case, but not the criminal one. We rate O'Reilly's statement False." Gravitymaster guilty of a misleading and out of context quote? OH THE HUMANITY! And if you go back and read what I said in it's entirety, you will realize (but maybe not) that you just did what you and Jclalor just accused me of. Amazing....

Who was chasing neighborhood kids around with a gun?

So what? Bad Police work does not equate to racism. Doesn't matter whether someone "feels" they are being discriminated against. How do you know the Police Investigator was white? They do have Police Officers of different races. If this had been a white person who had died, would you level the same charge?

Yeah, he can just have his lawyer go hunting with him.

Should be easy for you to refute Mirage's claims. But of course you can't and we all know you can't.

Rumor is the toxicology reports will play an important role in this case.

One only has to have been posting and reading on this site for a while to know it's true Quade. But, hey, if it makes you feel better to deny it, please be my guest. It doesn't change the facts no matter how much you deny it.

I don't know how you place a dollar value on ensuring the validity of our electoral system. The point you seem to have missed is that without the fear of consequences of being caught and punished, the incentive to commit crimes grows. Criminals become bolder and bolder and soon our entire system collapses and becomes equivelent to a 3rd world dictatorship with the biggest criminals maintaining power. What price tag do you put on preventing that?
-
You can say that if you want, but we all know he's right and so do you.

How many tax dollars is it worth spending on DWI's? How about speeding? How about the SS Investigation? How about collecting on fraudulently filed tax returns?
-
Wow..that's some deep-seated racist attitude you've got there, although I doubt you are capable of seeing it. So an all white jury will vote for acquittal in the face of any evidence and an all black jury will convict, regardless of the evidence? Do you have any idea how racist your thinking is?

Ouch, that's going to leave a bruise. Someone call a Waaaaahmbulance.

I'd say it's a major aspect of EVERY religion and religious leader from the Pope to Mecca, from Scientology to Harikrishna. They ALL want you to follow some rule and fork over some cash for the privilege. I rarely speak in absolutes, but I can't think of any exceptions. Can you? No, I can't. However some influence can be positive and some negative. Rick Warren, ok. Louis Farrakhan, not ok. I think any influence which motivates people to live a positive virtuos life is fine.

I'd like to think religion simply didn't matter, but sadly people like Rick Warren (who spoke at Obama's inauguration) do have an influence over their sheep, uh . . . flock . . . uh, crap! They pretty much admit it's about controlling other people right up front; don't they? How about Rev. Wright. Would you say he has influence over his "flock"?

I doubt it, Boston's prostitutes really aren't that pretty... and you know know this how?

That will teach him to speak out against Dear Leader.

Now you're getting it. It should be familiar ground. Where I live, poachers are considered low life scum. Seems as if the main issue was he illegally crossed onto land owned by the USFS. Are you saying anyone who breaks the law by crossing a border illegally is a scumbag and ought to be jailed?
-
You mean like you're trying to do over and over and over? Funny thing is he will now try and claim righties are doing the same thing but I haven't seen anything for a while that attacked Obama on anything much other than his policies, barring a snide remark, mainly from me, here and there. Edited to correct spelling from my Iphone with Siri.

Might as well get used to the attacks on anyone who speaks out against Obama and for Romney. Obviously, Obama cannot run on his record so the left-wingers who have lined up to smear anyone and anything, have circled the wagons. I predict they will attack Romneys children at some point since nothing is off the table as long as they think they can justify it.

That's the wonderful thing about campaigns now, just throw all the shit against the wall and see what sticks. This almost worked for the right with accusations that Obama was a Muslim, a Kenyan a terrorist etc etc etc. The truth no longer matters in elections, only creating unfounded fears. You mean sorta like you've been doing? .
