    Doesn't make it right No it doesn't but many attorneys are nothing but bottom feeding sharks looking for a payday off of other people's misery. Truly a disgusting profession. And people wonder why the government is so corrupt? Most of our legislature is attorneys. The more laws they pass, the more business for them.

    Andy has it right. This isn't a public opinion pool - the question was prefaced with being a juror. It might be somewhat reasonable to ask this question in this manner at the end of the case when it goes to deliberations - most of the evidence will be known to the public. But even then it's filtered by reporting, and not all may be in open court. And we still don't need your permission to start public opinion polls. This isn't a courtroom in case that fact has escaped you.

    What???? One can poll anything at any time. One can poll based on anything at all. Take it for what it is...not for what you think it should be. Start your own poll at a time YOU think appropriate and based on whatever foundation YOU choose. We'll vote in that one too. Sheesh Be prepared to be called a Tiger.

    Many cities run summer programs for inner city kids that give them the experience of working on a farm. I think this gives these kids a very nice break from daily life in the inner city and also a different perspective on life outside their fish bowl. This program would seem to end that type of program. I would think a community organizer would understand this.

    Bullshit. It's a public opinion poll. We are "allowed" to have them at anytime to gauge what people think of this case. We don't need your permission.

    It takes a village. Letting the neighbor kid go out on saturday and drop hay alone the feed lines for the cows. Letting the two year old go out and pick up soem chicken eggs. Letting the 16 year-old go out and disc the soil. (He can drive his Chevy pick-em-up along public roads, though). Going out and getting that stray bull from the road. You're talking to a bunch of City Slicker Liberals. Most don't understand how it goes on a farm. Heck most of them will whine if they get a little blister on their finger.

    Why would the Bush Admin. file charges when the investigation was not complete until after Bush left office? Even if the investigation had been completed, it's doubtful Bush Admin would have moved forward when they knew they were leaving in 60 days. Using Politifact as an unbiased source is funny enough by itself.

Definitely a case of BDS bubbling to the surface here. Coate's never seemed to be outraged when the Bush DOJ never persued criminal charges.
