If the 2nd Law of thermodynamics could be repealed it would be possible to build a perpetual motion machine. If my aunt had balls she'd be my uncle. perpetual motion systems exist , manmade ones as well ! i hope you take the bait and challenge me , 2nd law of thermodynamics notwithstanding ! Betcha can't name even one. It used to be that drivers believed cars could not go faster than 150 on a flat track because the tires would break traction in the corners. Among other things, banked tracks solved that problem. So did a larger radius of turns in the track. It was once thought no car could accelerate at greater than 1G without aero help. Why so many exclamation points? A well written sentence is able to convey the impotance of the message without help from punctuation. As an English prof. once said, "You are allowed two exclamation points in your life. Use them wisely". I'd like to be able to selectively increase gravity. Think of the implications to high performance automobiles! Being able to increase traction by a significant amount with only a very small increase in rolling resistance and no increase in aero drag. That is a work of bizarre genius - I'm going to have to look this one up! If you do look it up you will have to do it at the library. We are living in the 18th century and don't have computers yet. if it were the russians attacking the middle east for rescourses, then it would be them that I would dislike. The fact of the matter is that 'you' are protecting murdering criminals. The Adgenda of the war on terror is false, Nato is starting to see, this information is pertinant to the US keeping a hold on the situation and you try to find a way to ignore the obvious truth, because your ego may take a hit if you have to admit that you are wrong abouyt something. Lets be clear here I DON'T HATE AMERICA and I DON"T BLAME AMERICA. You and skipbelt are similar in the way you suggest that I hate a whole country because I loath a certain few. That mindset is pathetic and unfair to innocent parties. You constitution and Bill of rights are great things, you country was founded on some great principals (and some poor ones such as slavery). My country does some pretty fucking stupid things too but I am willing to admit it. I don't get defensive about it. You will find behind most (major) stupid mistakes there is somebody making money or trying to do so. The covert operations your countrys' corrupted military has done in the middle east over the last few decades are less than humane, the Taliban would not exist if it were not for the US intervention and paranoia, al quaeda is a a product of american middle east intervention. You create your own probelms but you are not willing to see or admit the fault of your own ways. How is the war on terror actually helping you or anyone, tell me that? Try sorting your own country out first and try installing democracy in your own country. You are dictated by the bankers, Obama, McCain... the same shit would have happened whoever was 'put in charge', it is the status Quo.. you lot just don't see that. There are many millions of Americans that think the way I do, and america is a great country, it is just some select bigoted fucukwits that ruin it's reputation. These fuckwits are allowing the destruction of the very prncipals you are supposed to be defending. Ok, so you have issues with the US Government. Fine. TAKE IT UP WITH THEM AND NOT EVERYBODY HERE ON SC! THERE AIN"T JACK-SHIT ANY OF US HERE CAN DO ABOUT IT! Your rants about 911 here do only one thing: They make you look like a fool. You have not convinced a single person to accept your ideas but you have managed to convince quite a few of us that you need to see a mental health professional. Scared me. I thought you were going to suggest camping. Why would I want to upset a bunch of campers and wildlife? They never did anything to hurt me. 9/11 Report Is A Cover Up From Start To Finish!

Considering the amount of media and focus this issue has gained, and the fact that I have not read or watched all of it and I have not heard that he is lying. I am inclined to believe he is telling the truth or very close to it. If he was lying it would be clearly stated by the US government that it was a lies. But instead they say it contains information that is a threat to national security. Purchased the books and burned them. That is what we call, 'hiding something'. Of course you are inclined to believe him. You look for any reason to condemn the US. Why? Who knows. Maybe his book does contain material that is a threat to national security. Freedom of speach and the press is not infinite. There are limits. For example, I cannot write and publish a book containing information that is considered confidential and I signed an agreement never to disclose. I could face criminal charges for doing so and the owner of said information would be withing their rights to obtain and destroy any copies of that book. I have a suggestion. Instead of spending all your time and energy trying to prove something that never happened, why don't you take up a hobby? Like skydiving, for example. It's fun, refreshing, you meet lots of interesting people, and it is much more relaxing than dealing with a bunch of truthers all the time. So now you are saying it is all lies? Nope. Just saying you are taking the author's word that he is telling the truth in his book. But I'm sure he is being completely objective in his interviews, aren't you? It is quite intiguing how a bit of leaked intellegence that highlights a fundamental problem with what we all have been told can so easily be brushed aside. It is as if you believe this is the only probelm with the official story, and it is not pertinent to what is systematically destroying your ability to sustain your lifestyles and so called 'freedoms'. Your country is in ruins because if this 'fuck up' they are trying to hide it from you and you quite clearly wish to ignore it. Like, pure ignorance. Your country is becoming a dictatorship, and you are willing to allow it. You are assuming several things, among these are that the author is telling the truth. But who would lie just to sell more books? When you say 'they', are you including the possibility of a few certain key individuals having something to do with it? Or plonking the entire government and everyone within it into one basket. like to say that everyone in the government agrees with each other on everything and is on the same adgenda? Rhys....government people fuck up once in a while. They are not big on admitting they fucked up, therefore they try to cover their fuckups. No smoking gun here. SNAFU. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/39539761/ns/us_news-environment/ I had hopes this shit would stop when Bush left. Oh well. I'm an idiot. How 'bout that new Mel Gibson movie? How's Mark Fuhrman's career going these days? Marge Schott is dead, but she was another good example. Those are the first three I could think of. Don't know their names, you can google them if you'd like. but I would guess the people who are leaders of the KKK and other white supremacist groups are doing pretty well within their organizations. Conversely, people with tolerance towards others do NOT do well in those groups. Join the klan, speak out how unfairly they treat blacks, and see how far you get in that society. Let me suggest that anybody that works FOR the KKK has already burned any career they might have thought they could have in the public spot light. senator robert byrd ! And the times, they are a changin'. a flip , and a flop , in 3 posts , may we have a one to one ratio ? No flip-flop at all. I never voted for the man. 98% of the country never voted for the man. He certainly would never be elected today with the attitudes he had 50 years ago. Find me a current example. David Duke? How's he doin'? Getting elected is he? Are elected officials the only people who have a career "in the public spotlight"? Let me suggest that anybody that works FOR the KKK has already burned any career they might have thought they could have in the public spot light. And I would suggest that would depend upon what the persons career goals were. If they wanted to become President of the USA...they be fucked. If the want to become head of the KKK or spokesperson for another white supremacist movement then they are right on track. Not everybody shares our morals. If he works for a news org like CNN then yes, he should be fired. If he works for the KKK then no, he shouldn't be. He would be acting within the beliefs of his employer. But to burn his career? Sorry, but no. Though we may disagree with what he said, he still had the right to say it and the ONLY thing anyone can do is fire him...which was done. To do anything more would be vigilante "justice" for something that is not a crime.
