have you recently changed the brand of tapes you are using? Ive had similar problems when I did that, I had to clean the heads switch back to sony tapes and put it a new tape, that tape also got messed up so I put in another new tape and havent had the problem again, lesson learned: only use sony tapes....

I was just sitting here thinking about a conversation I had today so I thought I'd ask for opinions. I have little actual knowledge of the investigative process and the proceeding is simply a hypothesis When a skydiving fatality occurs, the police are called, they show up they take some pictures they interview some people they leave, then they try to write a report about something they don't know jack shit about (skydiving) they assume because everybody told them the death was an accident, that it was and unless there is an OBVIOUS sign of foul play they stamp the death an accident and close the case. The gear involved is turned over to the FAA who conducts a thrid party investigation to see if they can determine what caused the incident. What happens if during the course of the FAA investigation, it is discovered that the cause of the accident/death was the specific result of the actions or inactions of one person i.e. a packer or a rigger? Should that person be charged with criminal negligence? Are the results of the FAA's investigation public record? I assume they are, but if not, should they be? I was just wondering what other people thought.

I took my camera to the service center, they said it was a problem with the circuit board and they did not have the software to try to fix it. They sent the camera off to Cannon today in Illnois. They told me Cannon has been running between 4-6 weeks to return the cameras. I guess its back to the 35mm for a couple of months, I wonder if theyll pay me back for all the film Im going to burn up.......chickenfuckers

My digital rebel has quit again! I have no idea what the problem is, it just won't power up. I charged the battery so thats not it, anyone have any ideas what it may be?

I THINK Im right on this issue,, although a master rigger can probably make you a freebag, they probably won't or shouldn't, the reason being is the freebag is a TSO part, if you put a non-TSO part in that rig, IE a free-bag not certified by the manufacture it will void the TSO, thats probably not a good idea.

Dude, when was the last time you strapped a camera to your pumpkin and went out to take some photos for anything? Before you go bagging on someone elses work make sure you can do better than they can. In addition, why make fun of people that are in the photos, the two girls doing the Helo jump in Titusville, both of them are nice people. when was the last time you were in any of the pictures found in Parachutist?
