Actually how Ironic that I saw a show about India last night. Mostly about the city of Calcutta. India has repelled many many many invaders throughout history. Christians, Muslims, Portugese, French, English, etc... And as for the previous comment on the computer engineers comming from India it is true. I would say as much as 50% of the tech start-ups in the Silicon Valley have Indian Founders. I think India is cool

I did read it. What is up with the Pro Track? Why does it not say 13K as the exit altitude? Or did it log multiple jumps every time you made a turn then planed out? Sebazz........

You know in my 2.5 years working at the company I am at now I have only once had a beer during lunch. Only once! I chickened out today and had a soda....... I got a small view of a tree covered patio with some parasels(sp?) and Blue Sky. Though I am usually staring right into my computer so as it can suck the soul out of me right through my eyes more efficiently........... I need a Beer...... Sebazz........

You know I think you are right Quade. I know people I am amongst are aware of the situation but there seems to be little chatter from others about the threats. Why is it that the whole situation is getting so little press? It should be plastered across the front page of most newspapers. Blissfully Ignorant? I hope not. I was listening to a report yeterday on the radio about Iraq. Almost all countries do not support any military action in Iraq by the U.S. Apparently we are having a tough time making a case justifying an attack............... The U.S. seems to be a little spread out right about now. Anyone notice also that our schools are doing really shity? Anyone want to have a cold beer after work? Sebazz........

Most people seem to be paying attention, but we are not letting our lives come to a screaching halt over it either. We gotta just keep moving on. Keep living our lives. There is not very much we can do at this moment in regards to the possible Nuclear war between India and Pakistan............. Show me your boobies!!!!!!!!!!! Sebazz........

I have noticed that the forums are loading up much faster. I like the gray on the home page. It does not look as much like a web page so when I pretend to work people think I am actually working. I know who is doing it. When I was a kid things used to happen around the house. My parents would question me about these "things" and well of course I had no explanation. They used to say "so did the invisible phantom do it?" I bet that same invisible phantom is at your DZ right now Little bugger........My inner 27 year old wants my outer 5 year old to grow up.......... Sebazz........

I could be wrong but I thought there was a square on the renewal form that specificaly asks if you wish to be on mailing lists or not. I think they are selling the list with just people that wanted to be on the list. I could be wrong but I think I'm right...........lol Sebazz........

Dude I know how things can be rough sometimes. I had some very good advice given to me recently. I was told to take a piece of paper and write the pro's and con's in my life. You will find that the good outways the bad........... I am sure there is plenty of good in your life that you are just not seeing right now..........

How many rigs do you have? Could you sell anything lying around to get a new or used canopy in good shape? Chin up keep your chin up.............how's your cold? Feelin better? See if this helps:

You da man!! Congratulations!! You are now cleared to start learning how to skydive and not just save your life. Like Clay said it does get better and better. Be smart and be part of the sport for a long long time. Sebazz........

Bill that is a great story....... I recently saw something similair two week sago though it had nothing to do with an injury. A very close friend of mine, a sister sort of, that I have known since elementary school came back to the sport on labor day. We had started AFF together and at one point she had even passed me in the AFF progression. We did everything together from carpooling to the DZ, practicing for our levels, water training, liscense tests, everything.. Well 2.5 years ago she met a man. I and several of our common friends did not like him but she was in love. So we let her make her own decisions. They got married. He did not like her friends (me included) and did not like her to skydive. In her blind love situation she conceded. Not only did she stop jumping but she completely cut off any ties to her friends. I thoought about her often and her name was brought up at the DZ often. Probably because she had a tremendous personality and was an overall kick ass type of person. She was missed. And no one had any means of contacting her. Four weeks ago I was driving down the road and saw a woman walking down the sidewalk looked like her! I stopped a block down and got out of my car and just sat on my hood. She saw me and boy did she have some news for me. Divorced and getting her life together. And endless endless dreams of skydiving. She was super suprised that I had gotten an AFF/I rating. We hang out at least two evening a week sharing a beer. Well last monday she got refreshed after two years away from the sport. She had stopped with 89 jumps and a B license. After days and days of reviewing procedures we went up. Linked exit, kiss pass, 360 in both direction, redock, kiss pass, fruit loop, redock, kiss pass, fruit loop, tracked away and dumped by 5K. Ear to ear grins from both of us. Anyway my original skydiving buddy was back! She was very very relaxed and flew as if she had 500 RW jumps! It was a good feeling indeed to have her back and though it was non injury absence, it was similair in a way to Bill's story in terms of someone dealing with adversity and returning to thier true passion. SKYDIVING! And one side note. I think as long as you dream about skydiving you will stay current. She flew as if she had been jumping the past two years. Maybe only in her mind, but she was flying

0:14:0 It was a pretty mellow weekend. I only did 3 tandems, 4 AFF's (one student who had a major breakthrough and conquered her spin issues), 2 freefly jumps with me flying base, 5 good RW jumps. Sebazz........
