thanks for the link, i found a thread on the bowflex, quite entertaining. kinda like here, someone asked a question about whether they were any good and if he could expect any results. he immediately got jumped on by people telling him he should get free weights, even though he said he wanted a bowflex because he didn't have room for free weights. other people jumped in and said that if you actually use the machine and watch your diet, you will get results. the first bunch jumped in again and told them they didn't know what they were talking about, even though the supporters were people that had used them and the nay sayers had never been near one. kinda like belly flyers vs. free flyers, only much less civilized. that midget-with-balloons bit was hilarious! we were too far back to get in on the action though. didn't get the puppet show bit, but the bouncy beds thing was cool. the giant hoops, the guy with the ladder and the 8-way high bar routine near the end were all pretty amazing as well. good show overall. dunno what to say man. as you know, i'm from a small east coast dz as well. anyone else anywhere from a small dz knows how tight a family the dz can become. there are owners, but it's usually a very club-like atmosphere, everyone helps out when they can, and you spend a lot of time on weather days just hanging out. everyone knows everyone, and to lose one is like losing a family member. i'm very sorry to hear about this, it's far too close to home.
