i have read and been told that this is not recommended. when the canopy is inflating, the center cell can be damaged as the outer cells force their way out of the center cell. i do roll the outer four cells, but then i put them beside the center cell, not into it. once this is done, i just push the center cell into the pack job. it's been giving me pretty consistent openings, usually on heading and soft, in around 500 - 700 feet. another question: i have an older sabre 190 with two brake lines per side (the outer three cascade, the inner ones don't). could i use the no-sew fingertrap to connect the two lines just above the toggles somewhere, then use the same metod to form a loop to go over the toggles? right now i have two sets of knots at my toggles and it's quite bulky when packing and especially when pulling my slider down over my risers. i like to do one for fun every once in awhile. after working on coach jumps and stuff where you have specific tasks to do (wworking on license req's), it's nice to jump alone, just stay flat dumb and happy for a bit, look around, dump high and play with your canopy. vegas is very cool, and there are lots of free, non-gambling things to see and do. last time my wife and i went we saw the blue man group, penn and teller (both very un-free!), saw the fountain show at the bellagio, the pirate show at treasure island, the volcano thing (not sure which hotel), the old strip (freemont street), drove out to the valley of fire, the mardi gras show at whichever hotel penn and teller were at rode roller coasters at the sahara (i think) and new york, new york, and just cruising the strip is a show in itself.
