AggieD, nope, this doesn't work, I got nailed cos I overinsured it and had to pay duty on the inflated insurance value . This was via DHL, but same thing applies, this was a couple of years ago tho. Cya D

"Know any clever ways to adviod customs grubby fingers getting the Tax from it" Dont have any invoioces etc in your bag. Put it in a hard Samsonite type case, failing that carry it in a beat up rig bag. Just walk thru at customs without mentioning anything, if q'd/searched, plead ignorance, "whatya mean import duty??" Better still, make up a 'fake invoice' from "John D'oh rigging services, anywhere UK" on your pooter, stress it a little, crumple it up and stuff it in your log book. Oh, and of course jump your rig a few times, it will take the new shine off it..... But don't tell em I told you to do this.....All this is highly illegal, if you suffer from moral issues, pay the duty! Cya D

I loaned a brand new (never used) pro track to a friend who was sit flying without an audible, she forgot to fasten her chin strap and lost a brand new PT along with an as new mindwarp into the swamp....... Lessons learnt?...... Kudos to Karen she went straight the pro shop and replaced the PT, but I think I'll take it back, change it for a pro dytter and credit her jump account with the difference....I don't need two PTs after all..but two audibles is good...... Cya D

Switch the blue and white around, make the stabilisers the same colour as the end cell skins and it will look bad ass. IMHO of course... But where's the purple? -

Schiphol is da bomb, isn't there a skydive operation there as well??? Porter? Either way, you can get a train into town every 15 mins or so, and teh railway station is right bang in the centre of Amsterdam, just a few minutes walk from all the attractions.... Cya D
