Thanks Dude, I'm trying to track down evidence that PdF made slinks very similar to the Precision ones a while back. If the precision links are causing you grief, try out the PD slinks, I much prefer them over the ones with metal rings, ( I used to have PdF links, and didnt like em for various reasons), or you could get a rigger to tack the rings in place...The PdF ones had a snap in the riser to keep the ring from floating and snarling as you described, but that meant poking a hole in the risers --yuk!
