This is handy if your holiday is half-beach/half Twin Beech or if you want to spend a few days in Ampuriabrava before a business bash in Barcelona. In other words, your travel insurance may cover a few weeks but if you're only skydiving for a week, you can take out skydiving insurance to cover just that week. Good luck, enjoy yourself. D

PC7 was the first of the small upright digital cameras that we all know and love. Its a great camera, I know loads of people who use em including myself. Okay it doesn't have the same features that the more modern models have, but its perfectly suitable for skydiving. When it was released, the advert (UK) was a couple of folk geting married in a DC3 then jumping out filming themselves, I think it was Wendy Smith and Patrick passe that 'starred' in it. Mine still works perfectly after many years of abuse, and use as an edit cam/deck. Spare batteries may be hard to come by though.

A wise old instructor once told me its better to be on the ground wishing you were in the air, than in the air wishing you were on the ground....... Watch the winds and learn to suss where to expect rotors thermals etc, if you do end up in turbulence, put on a little brake, and get ready to PLF. If you are gonna be landing on or near highways, disconnect your RSL (if fitted) and get ready to chop once you are on the ground. You don't want to land safey then get caught up on a pssing vehicle..... 2c worth....(1.4 pence) Cya Have a safe weekend.

Yeah, I was also fooled by their ability to talk to each other @ 120mph etc etc. But hey, its only make believe after all.... :>)

Point Break does it for me, any of their exits are cool, and the movie inspired me to sign up for my first jump course.

As a newcomer (and a new.commer) to Houston, and Spaceland, I had a great time there last weekend too, I guess I'll just have to come back for some more fun next weekend.
