What would you think if you got such a letter? The young lady who answered the phone in the senate office did not know why I receive this letter. She did provide another number for me to contact - but, the questionaire and consent from is formidable. I am supposed to call the Governors office tomorrow. I have a complaint: OTHERS from the other thread that is so private you have to be a PI to get into it does NOTHING but slander others who participate here. I have NOT wanted to post to that thread - but, I should be allowed to read any postings made referencing me or Duane Weber. Before I could at least READ what was being said and now not even allowed to do that. This post is to inform everyone that GALEN COOK has NOT stopped his ATTACKS against me. I received a letter from the United States Senate stating there has been an inquiry & it would require my written consent. This regarded my medical records and other personal information. I asked where the inquiry came from and the young lady did not know how to answer the question. Well when the Senate sends a letter asking for records on a person, they have to identify themselves and the purpose of the request. I informed her of this and then she refers me to another division. Well, I can no longer pay attorney fees to HALT individuals like GALEN COOK and others with a personal vendetta or a purpose to discredit Jo Weber....or worse. IT took lots of money and loss of time and paper work (not to mention the stress) to put this to rest several months ago regarding accusation made by you know who. The FBI denied he had or has any access other than what is released to the general public. I expect this NEW action was generated by my skepticism regarding our Bully in WA who does nothing, but write disgusting things about anyone involved in the case who stands up to him. I therefore today contacted someone who has been wanting to do something regarding my battle and said DO IT! These individuals know I chose to only seek the truths and not to take alternate public avenues. Well the approach is NOT going to be the EXPECTED - like a movie or a book....and I am NOT the only one involved. I do NOT interview well at all...as I am a VERY private person other than the COOPER story...so I do not know how this will be handled - but, it will be done! We ALL agree , IT is TIME! You evaded the most important question in the Cooper case. The flight path! I will tell you this if the flight path was indeed the same as you guys are claiming to work with that puts the plane - West of the Interstate and West of Vancouver and Portland - they have BEEN ALTERED. All of the ground reports and the area seached by the authorities was definitly not along the interstate and not in Vanvouver and NOT West of Portland. Those reports put that plane over the Battleground area and the most Westward sighting...in 1971. The co-pilots description of what he saw puts the plane North of Vancouver....with his being able to see the haze of Vancouver from his window (on the right side of the plane) THAT is where the co-pilots seat is. One has to remember this was his first time flying that route... Did YOU know that? Probably NOT! How many of you knew the night of the skyjacking was the CO-pilots first experience on that route. I keep thinking I spoke to the ACTUAL pilot and he verified this - but, maybe it was the engineer. IT was very early on in my search. I can't call it research since it was personal...Just a widow searching for answers. I do remember the individual telling me he did NOT usually do these things - but made an exception for me at the request of his wife. I hope I still have the notes on this....it may be only sqibbles,I cannot decipher, but it was before 2001. WELL, Robt just why has the FIGHT path been debated all of the yrs if the information was set in concrete? WHY did the search AREAS NOT include the Tena's Bar area. Why was their search EFFORTS more to the East and North of the Columbia? YOU do NOT really know what they had access to - just what was publicized. In 43 yrs - the stories reported by those on the flight and on the ground have changed. Some of the statements made do NOT even resemble statements stated yrs ago. If the FIGHT path was KNOWN as you indicate - then why didn't they search those area in 1971? Why were the NOT dredging the Columbia the next day? They didn't because the information indicated Cooper jumped North of the Columbia and exited some place beteen Ariel and Battleground.... To have jumped over Vancouver or Portland - would have been asking to be caught or asking for certain death...yards, street lights, power lines and just about every obstacle you could possibly name! There are buildings and lighting in those area and the area too populated....Cooper exited before he ever reach the Vancouver area and his intentions were to jump North of 500. He knew were every pit and tower and air strip was in those location. He knew were the rails and the logging towers were. He did NOT jump until after the plane crossed the Lewis River - there were 3 dams located on that river & even without visibility he was able to get a signal the plane was in the drop zone area. The signals on those towers were equipped with best technology available at that time. The newest & last one built was to the East....that is also the tower the old friend was working at...the one who temporarily lost his job because there was a glich that night in the procedures...this was quickly glossed over with no reason given for the glich. Think about the technoglogy in that last Dam tower & think about the possibility of it being used briefly for another purpose....just a switch or claiming a qlich when he walked away from his station...they were suppose to have relief if they just had to go to the bathroom. DID YOU KNOW THAT? That is HOW sensitive the equipment was. Just how this worked I do not know - but it was beyond the technology supposedly available at that time. Duane talked about that particular Tower more than once and he knew the man who worked there....just a little too much of a co-incidence to me. Also the fact that the man who worked the tower was involved in communications with Air America or Area 51 or just another term in the military before to returning to civilian life. This man was instrumental in developing technolgoy others took credit for. He had a grudge - a big one! NOW find the name of the man and why they took him off the job and why he became suspect in the crime! IN those vast files the FBI has NEVER made public is the name of this man. NOTE: Also after the crime there was a very small article about the qlich with that tower about the time the plane was in that sector and because of that qlich the man was being looked at..... NOW, Robt 99 - get the FBI to give U access to those files. IT has been TRIED and the only way is to find that one small article and see if the man's name was there and then to obtain the employment records to see if that man was working there and then RESEARCH the man's past - it will correlate with the path of another man involved in criminal activities....one with a death sentence awaiting him - one for which technology regarding any treatment was relative primitive. Odd I had never seen this post and a few others - done before I started to even post here. Just thought it was interesting. Jo, The FBI got the information from the Seattle Air Traffic Control people about the airliner's flight path between Seattle, Portland, and points south immediately after the hijacking. Less than a week after the hijacking, the FBI had complete access to all relevant records and the flight path was precisely known. To claim that the FBI didn't have access to that information in 1971 (and today also) is nonsense. Robert99 WHY! Robert do YOU attack every post I make...I was only posting something I do not remember reading made on the DZ..in fact I believe it was made before I ever posted on the DZ and I do NOT know the source of the infomation used. I simple stated that I thought the posting was interesting - but, I did NOT state it was accurate or it reflected what I had told other. YOU 4 some REASON need to attack viciously every post I make regardless - nor do you check out the source or even judge by the dates or the source....you just attack. So why don't you do this - ignore any and all posts I make unless they are sent to you or replied to a post you made! Note he does not explain how I thought the money got there....it was just one of the spots Duane took me and "ordered" me to stay in the car. It was the location of one of the several stops we made in 1979. None of the stops indicated Weber jumped there - just one of the many spots he made along the way & these specific locations LATER becoming major factors in the location of the money. If you are referring to Duane, this is an impossible task for the general public, or pretty much anyone at Dropzone. The only people who would know Duane's movements & actions at that time are the people who were either with him in a relationship, his known friends, relatives, and associates, or possibly his children if he has any.

Find me MORE on this man. Where was he in 1962 - 1968 and what was he doing at that time... Remember the man Duane told me about & what he told me. The guy worked on something to do with tracking & signals & towers. Duane said the man invented something while in the military & continued to work on it after he left the military...Someone else who had worked on the project or program - later TOOK credit for the invention....(they stole his invention) this guy never saw a dime nor was he acknowledged. Duane mentioned something about BACKERS out of Vegas if I am remembering correctly. I have tried to explain this before. I do NOT know how or when Duane knew this man other than Duane did mention the man was in the service - I did understand it was something the man conceived and worked on himself & continued to work on...it. The technology was about communications and tracking devices and he mention the plane guidance system and COMMUNICATIONS - microwave and towers. Duane mentioned others took credit for this man's invention & the man never saw a dime. From the jest of the conversation I assumed this man was the same man who Duane told me about earlier. He had taken me to One of the Dams - and told me about a man who used to work there and that he lost his job, but got it back in a few weeks. THEN in 2010 I am told a story that paralled the story Duane told me. (Note I DID NOT know the STORY about the man on the TOWER being questioned regarding Cooper or that such a man was investigated until 2010). The individual who told me about this man had NO KNOWLEDGE of th story Duane had told me. The individual told me there was a small article about it in the paper right after the crime & the man was investigated as having possibly been involved. He was cleared. The man was employed in one of the Dam Towers...and there was a qlich about the time of the skyjacking. He was investigated and relieved of his position & then later rehired. I was not told the man's name and I do not know if the other party knew the name. Duane's words "I used to know a man who worked the tower and lost his job, but got it back later". My deduction: The man Duane told me about & the man I was told about in 2010 then therefore had to be the same person. ANY of you able to get into those FBI files can get that name - AGENT CARR never LOOKED!...BUT, I didn't know about the man being questioned & relieved of his job being connected to Cooper. I had discussed this man and told the story - but, the story Duane told me came back to me in 2010 from the words of a person who worked & lived in the area and associated with WA at the time of the crime. There was also a short article at one time about it immediately after the skyjacking. Duane did mentioned locator systems & specifically told me this....the man never received a dime...because others (I assumed military) had backers and developed the system for private use. I just made BOLD the most important part of that post! When one lives to be 74 yrs old - and I remember how things used to be 64 yrs ago...you are right these guys have their heads in the sand! Life on Planet Earth has been evolving and species keep disappearing...the earth cannot keep on supporting the population growth and the pollution created by the continued growth. The air quality is already becoming evident and the earth's ability to substain itself and its inhabitants is continueing to decline. Those who think it will self correct itself only live for the moment and are not actually looking into the future... Without imports - China can not supstain itself and the rest of the world is right behind them. The glaciers are melting and the oceans are rising and pollution is out of control. Fuel - both oil and gas and trees are on the decline. Without the trees - there will be no oxygen and as the ozone disappears life as we know it is forever gone... How does one reverse this - NO one wants to believe that life as we know it will cease to exist - on this earth, but eventually it will. Other forms of life will evolve but, what is now considered human will not be. Area 51 was rumored to be about exploration and then advanced communciations did come into play at that time - technology grew by leaps and bounds. Was there a space craft there and aliens - why continue to hide that after all of these yrs? Why did America build area 51? There was a war and they needed to experiment with concepts - and in the process there was contamination...and I believe that is what they were hiding - the contamination. The conversation I over heard - I didn't understand....as Duane cautioned the other man that they could not talk about those thing. I didn't hear all of the conversation because I eventually fell asleep. YES, besides the contamination there was a discussion about communications...perhaps part of the technology was to create a communications with the ability to attempt communication with other planets or life forms. I do not remember the name of the plane that was developed there and what came after it...just not something I followed. The PUZZLING thing is - Why are these individuals still NOT allowed to discuss certain specific of Area 51 now in 2014? We know the locator devices use on vehicles today came from area 51 - therefore communications was a vital part of area 51....I think the above was incidental in the developement of the aircraft. IT was all about stratagey to make "others" think we had weapons of destruction that were out of this world. What I do not understand was the contamination issue as this man and Duane were talking about that. I wish I could remember more of their conversation - but, I don't. I didn't understand a lot of what they were talking about...but the did talk about Huges and Meire. Remember that name Meire - that was the name of the woman Duane and I met in Ft. Lauderdale and we were taken out on a (large)yacht to a beautiful home there in Ft. Lauderdale. The woman WAS not the wife of Meire - that I was able to find out, but she was connected. Perhaps a relative - she designed the outfits the show girls wore in Vegas. Duane and this woman had a discussion about Meire and Duane inquired if he was going to have to do any time. Duane asked about Meire's wife and the children. The woman mention the son and the daughter (including their names) and what each one of them was doing at that time..... The last time I explored this in 2000 I had the accident after multiple calls to Ft. Lauderdale to the Fontaine Blue. The woman looked like Meire - perhaps a sister? She was a tall statuest woman and maybe 10/15 yrs older than myself. She was so well maintained I really could not judge her age. When I recently viewed a photo of Meire - it occured to me how much the woman in my memory looked like him...maybe a sister? I do not remember her name other than the last name was Meire. A lot has been CONFIRMED regarding the past of Duane L. Weber aka John C. Collins. The probabilities of a specific form of communications was also verified. The technology did exist in the early 60's and was tested by the military. It was highly probable that BRR was the forerunner of this technology. The Government sent him home, but he continued to secretly work on his project. Individuals within the Government and private interprises continued to develope the program....he was never acknowledged for his efforts, but a friend or friends never felt this was fair....so they used the knowledge to obtain 200,000. A note was sent to the FBI in the after math - DOES anyone HERE know what that NOTE said? Who would pay any attention to a worker who helped build the airstrip? This worker kept contacts with others in WA....but his name was not Duane Weber....why when Duane went to see the old friend he did so alone. How many of you can name all of the Seattle New Paper Owners, writers and managers since 1942. When you finish the list you will solve the case - but you have to know what you are looking for. Bruce won't get it ,but that statement was LOADED. It did NOT take a genius nor the FBI to go back in the postings & note a sudden change in agressive postings by Bruce in regards to the incident. He made HIMSELF a suspect! If it did happen I do NOT think it was intentional - Cossy did NOT like anyone in his face & the size of the opponent meant nothing to him. I spoke with him many times on the phone - & I had been warned about his abrupts ways and responses. When he was ready to end the conversation - it was over. Everything ever said about Cossey is true - He was a SPARK PLUG! If Bruce showed up uninvited he was asked to leave after the first 2 questions. We all know Bruce will NOT leave anything at that - he stays in the face of the person.... It is also a known FACT that Cook is not as informed by the FBI as he lets on. Any agent providing him with priviledged information and information about witnesses is prohibited....The conversations he claimed NEVER took place. Even off duty - those claimed conversations never took place regarding Jo Weber or any other witness who comes forward with information. When Galen denied any knowledge of Duane's brother being a social friend of Tosaw that was all telling. I knew the relationship did exist. It was not intimate, but thru the Boating Club and Bible Classes. Duane's brother did contact Tosaw on my behalf about the files and history the family had on Weber. Tosaw did contact John back and this was what John was going to talk to me about in 2004 when I was in Ca w/my husband for cancer treatement at Loma Linda. John had moved to Modesto - but he still knew how to contact Tosaw and that contact did happen. His wife also knew Tosaw's sister. You were HELL bent on interviewing Cossey according to your postings after you interviewed the other guy! Your MO is to appear on the door steps of victims and witness unannounced....which is well known. You make a nuisance of yourself with their family members and known friends and or associations. Cossey had refused to see you! That is a known fact per your own statements in this thread. You have an aggressive personality & you are confrontal with anyone you interview....even on this thread. You twist everything anyone states to meet your agenda - & you do not care who you run over in doing so. You add your KINKY twists to every interview & your interviews are NEVER accurate as you do NOT get a second interview...word does get around. Your aggressive & rude tactics are well known. If things do NOT go your way you attack the interviewed person verbally in this thread & in your writings. You have a nasty temper & act like a spoiled child when you do not get your way. THE SAME AGGRESSION YOU SHOW IN THIS THREAD! "You were broke - but, suddenly after Cossey was murdered you were on site constantly badgering the families, friends and the authorities ... for several days." In the days leading up to Cossey's death you were pissed because he refused you an interview. About the time of Cossey's death you went virtually silent in this thread. When Cossey is found dead - you are all over it....staying in the face of the authorities. I saw the pattern & it was scary and then you got even more aggressive in your postings.. It was the CIA FBI NSA again Bruce. Trying to get Jo into another accident that would appear to be her fault. Those holographic projectors can move a white line anywhere they wish. You foiled their plans. 377 Excuse me! - I only drove from the hotel to the diner & I was driving a HUGE Toyota Highlander - I would later in the trip learn to handle that booger...I did not cross a white line, but I had difficulty locating the controls as it had gears & gadgets I knew nothing about. The gear shift was not located on the steering wheel. Other gadgets were also opposite of what I was used to...l kept turning on the windshield wiper when I went to shift gears. This is what I mean - Bruce takes things out of proportion and puts his spin on them! The PROBLEM with BRUCE started BEFORE that. I had a suite & I had NOT yet got my hair up. He sat on the corner of the bed and that way I could see and talk to him from the vanity. I had already stated the GROUND rules regarding subjects NOT to be discussed. He immediately started in on one of those subjects. I walked out of the VANITY area & he was standing at the END of the bed - I put my hand out PALM toward him stating STOP. I reminded of the ground rules and the question crossed the boundary lines I had set forth before agreeing to meet with him. I reminded him of this and stated if this was the direction his interview was going to take - THAT THE INTERVIEW was OVER NOW! The restuarant had a service problem and I politely let them know about it. I am celiacs & certain foods I cannot eat nor have any contact with. The waitress was informed of this....NO WHEAT comes NEAR me. At that time the slightest contamination regarding WHEAT products would have put me down for 2 days. I had not the time nor the money to get sick on that trip. IF that is being RUDE - then yes, I am RUDE. The service was also very slow. Jo, Are you implying that Bruce murdered Cossey??? 377 I am not implying anything. I am stating known facts....regarding Bruce's MO. If I was in law enforcement & had knowledge of individuals with personality disorders who stated publically they wanted to interview Cossey - and was aware of his interview tactics - (UNANNOUNCED) I would be questioning that individual. After Cossey was known to be deceased Bruce made a spectacle out of himself with the law enforcement on the case...per his own postings. You can BET your BIPPY if I was an investigator on that case & had read the postings made about other individuals regarding an old crime being interviewed by Bruce & was aware of how he showed up unannouced on their doors with in your face kinds of questions - and that all of these individual had been victims or had involvement to the same usolved crime. Go back and read his postings right after he interviewed the man who provided the chutes - then take it post per post down to the time Cossey's body was found. Bruce was obcessed with getting an interview with Cossey. Remember Cossey was dead for several days before they found him - note the postings or lack posting by Bruce during that time span. His postings got WEIRD! You guys were praising his other interviews & he was obcessed with getting an interview with Cossey. How does a broke man get the money he needed to be going back and forth to hassle the law enforcement agencies... at the scene of the crime? After Cossey was known to be deceased. Yea, if I was law enforcement & was aware of the interview tactics by Bruce in prior wks with other individuals connected to a specific crime - he would have been my number one suspect. After your interview with the man who supplied the chutes, everyone was giving you Kudos for that report, You were HELL bent on interviewing Cossey. Your MO is to appear on the door steps of victims and witness unannounced. Anyone who knows Cossey KNOWS he would not have recieve you well & you probably badgered him....as you do others in this thread and as you did Tina and her family members on both coasts. I will let the imagination of others take it from there... You were broke - but, suddenly after Cossey was murdered you were on site constantly badgering the family and the authorities ... for several days. Who financed your trips? Cool your jets a bit, Mrs. Cooper. Clearly you've been reading the forum, or getting bits and pieces from links over there to the WSHM, and a lot has to be clarified. FIRST and FORMOST you have always gotten DETAILS screwed up. If you go back to my early communications with Himmelsback and the co-pilot. The money was put in a bank bag. The man who took the money to the plane - put the money in another container - it included the money bag. The man who took the money to the plane - was supposedly the one who put it in another container. Nothing was ever said about his taking the money out of the bank bag. The Co-pilot saw That money come onto the plane from the door way to the cockpit...it was in a SATCHEL! Since you had limited contact with Himmelsbach and Himmelsback was not the person who took the bag to the plane....and YOU know nothing about the individuals I spoke to over the yrs....I only have my notes until 2000, but they are sufficient. I was provided the name of the man who carried the money to the plane - I do not remember his name, but Himmelsbach will know his name...YOU have NO idea of how many individuals I have spoke with over the yrs...and YOU DO know that I have argued the money went ON TO the plane in a satchel...The mention of a CREW BAG is what TRIGGERED my post and IF the CREEP in you had any conscience and you had really done your research you would KNOW I have maintained this for YRS and YRS. All it took was the TRIGGER of Crew Bag....what would you call a crew bag....I can assure you the money was NOT transferred out of the bank bag - but the bank bag was placed in another container. No one seemed to know when this transpired...NOT even Himmelsbach. I forgot the name of the man who took the SATCHEL to the plane.....but, I do have it some place in my original notes from talking to Himmesback and that took place over a several yr period of time. Remember all I can read on that other place is what shows on the screen - and what is shown in the posting...I do not have access to the pictures or anything out side of the postings. I have described this bag for yrs and ever since I made my first phone call to Mr. H. in 1996. Yes, there was another container in the brief case - and may have been a water proof cover for the money - as Tina saw what she thought was a green plastic bag sticking out of the top of the briefcase Cooper had - YOU didn't know that did you. This could also have been a ploy by the FBI and other so if the real Cooper was ever presented - this would be one of the tilts. YOU can't be nice enough to even listen to people - you make up things...you are the worse myth maker in Cooper world. What I THINK OF YOU IS very well known....and I know what I know and so does Himmelsbach. IT was ONE of the things I told them that caused the FBI to even take the case on regarding Weber.
