I dont have one yet....but I just got a new truck a couple weeks ago, so as soon as I think of something cool, I'm going to. Right now I'm thinking either: SKYBUM or FLYBOY or something like that (with numbers on the end, more than likely). One of the funniest ones I've seen was: PROPTRASH I think he was a commuter airline pilot... Life's a bitch- be its pimp....

Sorry to hear about your job man. It sucks, I know. But I'll second the recommendation for a restaurant job. Be a waiter. Thats what I'm doing until I finish my flight instructor ratings....and right now I'm probably making more than I will starting as a pilot (sad isnt it?). Lately I've been working about 30-40 hour weeks, and am bringing in well over $400/week just in tips alone- not to mention $5.15 an hour. Yeah, I'd rather be flying....but its a pretty fun job and I work with cool people. Hope everything works out OK for you..... -Marsh Life's a bitch- be its pimp....

Ick, speaking of hangovers....I think I'm still hung over from a party I went to at Cornell University (yeah, the "Ivy League" one) last thursday night. I fell asleep on a cement floor after about 6 too many Kamikazee's and a few of these pretty red drinks that made the room look like it was in a flat spin....enjoy the "no-hangover" drinking while you can....it wont last long, lol.

There is a letter from Bill Booth in the March issue of Parachutist. I'm not going to quote it all, but he says.... He was referring to dropzones "commercializing" tandem jumps and allowing persons under 18 to jump. He says that the above can happen even if the "underage student, both parents and grandparents, and all other living relatives sign a waiver..." I know very little about legal things like this...but I don't understand how all of those companies could go down, and not just the dropzone that did it. Could something like that really happen? It just doesnt make any sense to me...anyone care to elaborate? Thanks.....

I know how you feel Tom. Its been in the high 50's the last few days here in NY....by the end of the week its gonna be back to normal (low teens/single digits), windy, and more snow. Yay.
