I did not catch where the jump was, but I think the race was in California. The reason for the post was to find out details.
-
Looked like a second choice landing. It was across the fence for the track. Semi-low turn and slide.
-
Not sure if this is the best place to post, but I caught a glimpse of someone not quite making it into a demo for a nascar race. Didn't look like they would have gotten hurt too bad. Anyone know the details?

I agree about the tithes. I am a steward and looking at the budget of our small church is scary at times. A perfect year would result in a balance of zero. Our budget comes from the offering with a percentage to missions. If there is a special need, hopefully someone will be led to contribute above their normal offering. No fund raisers necessary.

Everyone happy with their slot? Is there anything special in the e-mails that we may not be receiving?

I don't always agree with you in the SC, but you are right on the money on O2. Your research very well could prevent a very tragic accident in the future. Thanks for sharing that with everyone.... -
The ACLU will probably make the NFL interview a ranting and raving atheiest coach next year to equal it out.
-
Coach in the Superbowl. I thought it was interesting that Tony Dungy also said it was more important how they coached and that they both were Christians.

Intense and disciplined yes. Asshole don't think so. I would rather jump with an organizer that was detail oriented (and pay for that) than be on a zoo load.

I think its funny that freedom of speech/expression isn't so funny when it is something that bothers you. sorry general statement not directed to NCclimber. -
I believe there is a difference between fear of what might happen and terrorist acts. Maybe I am wrong, but I don't remember the communists carring through with widespread acts of terror.

I am pretty sure that to the Islamo-fascists we will be the enemy even if we were there feeding the poor and helping little old ladies across the street.

Someone told me that there is an entry fee to try out for American Idol. Anyone know for sure? I can't imagine some of the so called talent paying for the chance to get humiliated.

We are and always will be the "enemy" no matter what our policy in the middle east is.

Looks like a pretty good mix. I am looking forward to the event. -
So is the anti-christ born that way or will he become the anti-christ?
-
Pardon my lack of Bible knowledge, but if you know who the anti-christ is why not knock him off? Was he born the anti-christ or did he become and you could not kill him? I thought all along my ex-wife was the anti-christ. My mistake.

I am a student, believer, and follower of Christ, but if I am interpeting scripture and it does not come true, that makes me a false prophet. That is the way it was done in OT days. I do believe we are in the end time too though.
-
So society used to say having slaves was ok. That makes it right. Society says abortion is legal but murder is not. The nazi society decided killing jews was ok. I just don't believe that society can always speak for me what is right and wrong. I believe that the commandments are a good place to start.
-
That would mean a prophet turned into a false prophet. Their predictions have to happen to be a true prophet.
-
I guess a lot of people believe that we know right and wrong/ evil and sin naturally. I think not. It seems that others also believe that society ends up determining right and wrong. To me that can end up justifing sin.
-
Is it a sin to what to see my original post make it to 100 replies?
-
There are plenty of liberal churches that do.

Here is the deal. Start a Gay/Church/Event Hall and you can have a not for profit, tax free "business". You will have all the business you want. I don't think there will be any Christians there. Then you can tell them Christians are not allowed to be married there.
