Im sure you can get your canopy relined from the maker. I just relined my canopy myself, (From a line set purchased from the manufacturer) and I can tell you it is a lot of work. I also had a master rigger help me. Its a lot easier for you to send it in. I would have done that but I bought the canopy used and it came with a line set. ya, but i'm sure if you had enough money they would put em on for ya later Actually, Pd wont put Hma lines on canopys. Hma doesnt accept a cascade well at all, (Thus the no cascade design for the xaos) and from what I have heard from the people jumping HMA velocities they will be returning to vectran as the HMA they are using is so small that it only lasts about 100 jumps. And the difference isnt worth the work. Also there is a debate over cascade/no cascade evidently the cascade is a good thing, maybe someone that knows about this will elaborate on the subject more. If you have a any questions about it im sure you can contact John Le Blanc at pd and he will let you know the whole story about it, as I dont work for PD and dont know it. You can contact PD about this. I know it is extremely expensive, due to the work involved, and PD doesn't like to do Velocity's. Oh yeah its not print its actually cut out and sewn. Ray Small and fast what every girl dreams of!

Great idea, I love it, but too rich for my blood. Hope you sell hundred's so it get's cheaper and I can afford it. I tried out some "Glasses" that connect to the camera and you can see that way but it would suck under canopy. And the view was too small, your idea is much better. I jump a velocity 96 and a stilletto 107, and I get great swoops out of my stilletto. I can also do a little different stuff with my stilletto, like land it in the peas almost every time. Not saying that the Velocity is bad but I sometimes get a sick swoop (sick being good) out of the ve while the stilletto is more predictable. Any canopy that you jump will take a while to dail in so its hard to determine how good a canopy is with a few jumps. I put 2 jumps on a small cobalt and my teammate put 60 on the same canopy and loved it. Ray Small and fast what every girl dreams of!

For Nationals this year, I wore 2 camera's one on top, and one side mounted. From the video you couldn't tell the difference which was which. I even had a bet with a team member about it and he couldn't tell the difference. Also the top mounted camera had a kenko .42 lens, and the side mount had a Sony .6 lens. Maybe you might get different result's, I thought about mounting top for the same reason, but I am much more comfortable with side mount for many reason's. I've had a Velocity 111 for about 2 years now, I only jumped the stilletto cause it was Free, but for the past year Ive been jumping Niklas 96 every chance I had, so I broke down and bought one. Hard decision 90, 96, 90 96, which one to buy. I like them both but the 96 was a little more practical for video work. I found that out yesterday when I was filming a girls 4way team that all jumped 150+ sq ft canopies. Ray Small and fast what every girl dreams of!

Being a "do it yourself" kind of person. I needed a reline on the new canopy I just bought. Luckly the canopy came with a new line set, not installed. So I asked a rigger friend of mine if he could assist and teach me how to do it. So we went and started, but he wanted me to do it so he watched and talked me through it, I must say it wasnt hard, but wasnt easy. And I was glad to see that I did it! Then the fear set in. I just get back and there is a team that want's video, sweet paid skydive on my new lineset. I was just about to buy a hop-n-pop, so off to the plane. Jump time during freefall, "oh shit hope I did it right, hope it works, oh yeah do a good job shooting video as well". Pull time comes dump, grab cutaway handle, look up, Oh yeah! the sweetest velocity opening I have ever had. Its cool to do something yourself that work's, its even cooler to have someone that knows how to do what your doing watch you and help. And the best thing is the canopy is the sweetest velocity I have ever flown. Well, here's to the next lineset. Ray Small and fast what every girl dreams of!
