Unless you live where theres bad weather most of the time jump another day. I filmed a team at the Deland FSL competition and one of the girls on the team broke her sternum on a hard opening and diddnt even know it until the next day. She did six more jumps with a broke sternum and diddnt know it, The doctor said she was lucky to be alive. The sharp edges of the broken bone cut into her more and more with each opening if she had another hard one it might have made severe damage. There is always another day to jump.
