I will finish the road trip book, but I'm going back to strips. I may even do an occaisional book again sometime, if I get the right idea. What do you think of the new look? steveOrino -

Their intent is to get the muscle to fatigue. If you read BFL books it tells what they're doing and why. steveOrino

go to http://www.bodyforlife.com/exercise/weighttraining.asp They have some simple plans on PDF files you can download or print. One word of advice: Don't over do it! Build up to a good work out or you'll regret it. Simple rules: heavier weights and low reps for bulk - lower weights & higher reps for definition. steveOrino

So are some educators. We had a meeting with them over my now 23 year old son when he was 15 or so because some of his teachers thought he had ADD. His afternoon teachers said he was off the wall crazy -- his morning teachers wanted to know if we were talking about the same kid. We determined he was eating junky sweet food for lunch and thereby exploding with sugar highs in his PM classes. We started packing him a sensible lunch and the problems ceased. That of the wall kid now is in US Army Special Forces (Green Berets). Here's to good nutrition and lots of exercise.

Its been my experience that DZs are like most every other place (church, work, school, Harley riding clubs, etc) There are jerks and cool people at all of them. I ignore the jerks as much as I can and enjoy the cool people as much as I can. Thinking you'll find the perfect DZ (church, work, etc) that has only cool people and no jerks, will only lead to a big disappointment. IMHO. Like I say when people come to me and complain about something ... water off a duck's back, man, water off a duck's back! steveOrino

The third option is hilarious! How is it working out? How many are upgrading to two vidiots? steveOrino -
No problem, I don't go to NSFW threads. It will either get me in trouble with wifey at home or boss at work. Buda, you are up! steveOrino

Personally I always liked Mel Gibson's portrayla of Col. Hal Morris in "When We Were Soldiers." Where he kneels down on an altar and asks for God's help in battle--and for God to ignore the "heathen prayers" of his enemy. I wish I could find the entire prayer. steveOrino
