  1. It's funny that this thread got started, a few months ago, Gerry House, Radio DJ on the morning show for 98 WSIX here in Nashville was slamming those shows and telling how fake it really is from a perspective of someone who has connections to the industry, and he had a lot of women calling in and were either pissed off or praising Gerry for telling the truth about it. I was amazed at how many called in raising hell with him over slamming it and some of them were dead set that it was real shit and could not be convinced otherwise. BOYCOTT IT!!!!! Refuse to Lose!!! 2. You mean this Kari Byron? http://my.spill.com/photo/kari-byron-from-mythbusters-2 Yep, that's her and yep! SHE'S HOTTTTT!!!!! Be sure to hit the "Next" link at the just above her pics to see all of them. Refuse to Lose!!! Failure is NOT an option! 1800skyrideripoff.com Nashvilleskydiving.org

  4. That thing flies in to Nashville once or twice a Month and their approach is usually on runway 13 at Nashville Intl, which is directly over my Parent's house, and I'll tell you, that thing is fucking HUGE! It amazes me that it can stay in the air as slow as it is flying when it comes in. It may look slow because it's so big, but it's definitely not as fast as the Southwest 737's and American MD-80's. I've been told by people who work at the Airport, that they come in to haul a load of airplane wings to Russia from Vought Aircraft over by the airport. I think it's for Airbus. It makes Airforce 1 look like a tinker toy! Refuse to Lose!!! Failure is NOT an option! 1800skyrideripoff.com Nashvilleskydiving.org

  7. I saw the interview as well, and it sounds like he's already reeled in! The good thing about Tony doing it is that to the best of my knowledge, the Nascar drivers are not under the restrictions in their contract like a lot of the music and/or movie people are that keeps them from jumping. 9. Yep they did exacly that and got another extension, and they are also maintaining the stickers as well. The city posted the "Illegal Sign" Stickers over theirs (sLyride's) in a way that only covered the phone number portion of the sticker and I have noticed multiple times that the stickers in the Vanderbilt area have had the "Illegal Sign" sticker removed and a couple of them, only the portion that covered the phone number were removed. Those had been neatly cut with a knife or razor so as to re-expose the phone number. One in particular is at the corner of Natchez Trace and West End (in front on Vanderbilt) has been done this way multiple times. Where were the stickers you saw, I'll add them to the list that I submit to Metro legal. Refuse to Lose!!! Failure is NOT an option! 1800skyrideripoff.com Nashvilleskydiving.org
  10. They are using the "Dotnetnuke" site builder. It is nice to work with because it takes a lot of work off the "do it yourself" webmaster with limited or no website building skills because it does like you said, It generates the keywords and the other meta tags for each page once you enter the info in to the "Site Settings" menu. That program also offers the option to add the Keywords, description and titles for each individual page as you need to add them or make changes. Which comes back to what you said about the USPA being the title for all the pages. That looks like the webmaster just didn't take the time to do the tags for each page individually. Another nice feature about that program is that it automatically generates and updates the XML sitemap as pages are added and generates the sitemap URL that you can submit to the search engines. It even has an option to submit your site to the search engines and lots of other features. The problem with the USPA site is that whoever they are paying to do the site probably got paid to ONLY do the site. I don't know what arrangement USPA has with the webmaster, but I would assume that SEO is NOT part of the deal. Overall, it's a nice program for low or no experience webmasters, but the more advanced webmasters do like it. They prefer to use PHP for their sites because they require a much smaller file size. Their site is www.dotnetnuke.com if anyone cares to check it out or use it. Refuse to Lose!!! Failure is NOT an option! 1800skyrideripoff.com Nashvilleskydiving.org
  11. You right a little bit of SEO will go a long way. Not really hard to get good local placement on Google with the right SEO. Another option is to join a solid online business directory as well. There's plenty of free ones out there. Start with Google and Yahoo Local business listings, then move to the Google and Yahoo blogs and be sure to add a text link for the DZ's website's home page. Be sure to use your keywords in the text of your site and "Alt" text behind the images. It's really endless what you can do. Martin had mentioned before that he has a pretty good page rank, I can assure he didn't get there by doing nothing with it. Do a google search for these words and see how many links go to Martin's site, "site: aircapitaldropzone.com" He has done a real good job of doing his SEO. Kudos to Martin! Refuse to Lose!!! 12. Where are the links for the dropzones in Mexico? The only links I see on that page are the names of the cities in Mexico, and says something about "Skydiving in Cuautla, Mexico" or "Skydiving in Puerto Escondido, Mexico". Those hardly do the REAL DZ's any justice if there are DZ's in those locations. It looks like just another website to get in the way of the DZO getting their rightful customers. A DZ in Chicago has no business having a website that has anything to do with Mexico or any other place outside of their geographical marketing area unless he/she has a DZ there. Refuse to Lose!!! 13. May be, but its not deceptive. You say that is not deceptive, what about this one? http://www.skydivecsc.com/skydiving_mexico/ And NO, that's NOT New Mexico? Refuse to Lose!!! Failure is NOT an option! 1800skyrideripoff.com Nashvilleskydiving.org
  14. Does the BOLD part mean that Cary agreed to pay? Did the new, higher judgment get his attention? And, honestly, does he really plan to pay up, or make his assets go away so he can avoid paying up? Over $9m sounds like a pretty expensive cost of doing business! Way to go Larry, Betsy and Jan! Your reading comprehension needs improvement. A typo in the SR v. USPA agreement was fixed amicably. I'm pretty sure that a typo in the court order in the SDA v. SR will be fixed in the same civil manner. . Oh, ok, I thought you meant they agreed to the court order. Refuse to Lose!!! Failure is NOT an option! 1800skyrideripoff.com Nashvilleskydiving.org

  18. As far as I can tell, they have. They've signed up more than 50% of DZ's. I don't see many people here complaining about price. I hear people saying "it's just another skyride", which clearly - it is not. _Am It has been proven through out this thread that the owner/operator of PROSkydiving is affiliated with sLyride, He admitted to accepting the sLyride GC's, He admitted that he has no intentions of severing any ties to sLyride, He has refused to answer the question about whether or not he has a contract that legally binds him to accept the GC's, thus, the same as admitting he is accepting the sLyride GC's by his own free will. He admitted to "Paying his bills" with sLyride money. It's the same identical business model as sLyride with only a few differences, none are designed to help the non members, Even the owner admitted to his intention to put this website in between the DZ and the customer, and it's already proven that this site is being used to force unwilling DZO's to join, and so on and so forth. It's sLyride,,,, Refuse to Lose!!! Failure is NOT an option! 1800skyrideripoff.com Nashvilleskydiving.org
  19. That's why I asked if there were tangible assets they could attach. Not sure anybody knows, or if they know, are willing to answer the question. Getting a judgment is one thing, collecting is another. My money is on Cary either making, or has already made the assets go away so he looks like he is flat broke. "Shell game"???? Refuse to Lose!!! 20. Hmmm,,,, I do know that at least three news networks in Arizona, Connecticut and Georgia, have reported on the original $6.6m amount, but at the time, all they could really say at the time was that the case was ongoing and they elaborated on the possibility of the judgment getting increased, so maybe they will do a follow story. I have personally spoke with Eric Parker at WFSB Connecticut and Randy Travis at MyFOX Atlanta and they both plan to continue to follow the story. I guess we will have to get the popcorn and see how this one turns out. Refuse to Lose!!! Failure is NOT an option! 1800skyrideripoff.com Nashvilleskydiving.org
  21. I thought it was doubled which would be 13.2m. If I understood it correctly, but I didn't do the math on all those numbers in the court document.. I think either amount is still lunch money to Cary since he "Has more money than God". Refuse to Lose!!! Failure is NOT an option! 1800skyrideripoff.com Nashvilleskydiving.org
  22. I noticed. Her uncommon valor and unbreakable fortitude in the face of unfair criticism through public lashings from the presumptive ignorant, and attempts at Machiavellian machinations by would-be bullies and connivers are something that not everyone would have the strength and courage to endure. She is a brave and admirable woman, and I am privileged to call her my friend. TIMES 2!!!! Refuse to Lose!!! Failure is NOT an option! 1800skyrideripoff.com Nashvilleskydiving.org
  23. DZO's, in my opinion are accomplices because they are redeeming certificates that they know to be fraudulently marketed. Refuse to Lose!!! Failure is NOT an option! 1800skyrideripoff.com Nashvilleskydiving.org
  24. That's a bit like saying that when a credit card company does something illegal, anyone who accepts the credit card is part of the crime. It may be true for some of the dropzones, but it surely will not be true for all the dropzones. Sure, it is time for a renewed effort to dissuade our dropzones who take the certificates to stop. I'll certainly speak to the DZO at my favorite dz the next time I see him. But it really isn't clear that they are all criminals. I said they are accomplices, I suppose I can see where someone could see that as calling them criminals, So, to be a bit more "Politically correct" I guess I would call it "guilty by association".
