Happy Birthday Billy!!!!!! Refuse to Lose!!! Failure is NOT an option! 1800skyrideripoff.com Nashvilleskydiving.org

Well, it appears that since you did not have the money to do the jump, you did yourself a favor by not getting scammed by the Skydive Panama City website. That alone should tell you that we are telling you the truth. As for the instructors, Through all the info that I put out and all the hell I raise about sLyride, I have NEVER said anything about the quality of their training and their instructors. That's not my focus. I DO however, slam them for their affiliation with sLyride. I have no doubt that there's some really good jumpers and instructors that work for the sLyride DZ's, but the fact that they work for sLyride and that they know what sLyride does and they willingly look the other way, that overshadows any good that they do for the sport. Sure there is, but if the info, especially new info that comes out does not get posted, the threads and the subject falls way down the list and the whuffos who stumble across DZ.com and don't get the info that they need to be able to make an educated decision on where and where not to spend their money. I tend to believe that if the most recent new guys who posted and talked about their jumps at Cedartown had only done their homework and actually opened their eyes a bit and checked out the info that is available online as well as here on DZ.com, they would not have gone to sLyride, but rather gone over to the Farm. Who knows, they may have intended to go to the Farm in the first place, but sLyride successfully intercepted them. Either way, it's a skydiving tragedy that those guys spent their money with sLyride and didn't go to the Farm. Refuse to Lose!!! Failure is NOT an option! 1800skyrideripoff.com Nashvilleskydiving.org

Nope, not me, but I don't mind weighing in! I can't help but to believe that the OP already knows about the sLyride scam. There's even a website for it, www.slyride.com Refuse to Lose!!! Failure is NOT an option! 1800skyrideripoff.com Nashvilleskydiving.org

I can tell that they do for sure. Now, I can't say for sure if it's CNN looking for stories or if it's someone who works there that is a jumper or a whuffo looking to jump, but the reason I know, is that multiple times, I have hits to my sLyride Consumer Alerts that show up as the CNN IP, host name and server. The hits have come from a variety of threads/posts. The most have come from the sLyride threads, but some have come from Billy's NSFW thread and other threads where I have posted stuff. The click thru's most likely came from my sig at the bottom of my posts since in those other threads, the sLyride subject may or may not come up. Also, I get quite a few hits from Turner News, AP, CNBC, CBS, FOXnews, various local news stations and various government departments. Most come from Google, but they often come from DZ.com. The good thing is that they usually spend at least a few minutes on the site, and check multiple links, so at least they are getting the message. The most recent was from MyFOX Atlanta, so I'd expect that Randy is getting ready to run another sLyride story. Refuse to Lose!!! Yep, A DZ ONLY needs to get the proper permissions to operate on a piece of property and do the FAA notams. I have found that the USPA DZ's are sometimes up tight about anyone who jumps there being a member, but in reality, the USPA is a voluntary membership club and really has no governing power to do anything. All the NON-USPA DZ's I have been to are a lot more laid back and their staff aren't always trying to quote some BSR like a fun cop. I'm not anti-USPA, I just think that there is too much emphasis put on being a member of the organization. Having a USPA member card does not make a jumper any better than if he/she does not have the card. And USPA does NOT make one DZ safer over another DZ. That's up to the DZO's and staff. USPA has nothing at all to do with a DZ being legal or not. That falls back on the operator obtaining the proper permissions and the FAA approval. Refuse to Lose!!! ***With respect to Billvon's request, I'll back off in this thread after I make this post.*** Are you asking me to stop getting the word out about the sLyride/ASC scam? Not on your life! Are you saying that a customer in,,, say Montana, Colorado or Connecticut can't call ASC and book a skydive because they thought they would be jumping in Montana, Colorado or Connecticut? The ASC websites say they can; http://colorado-skydiving.com http://www.skydiveconnecticut.com/ http://montanaskydive.com/ If ASC is just a dropzone, why do they have these deceptive and fraudulent websites? Does that do those customers in those areas any justice? NO! Must I remind you that ASC started the fake and/or stolen webpages and scamming the customers, then Cary/Ben developed sLyride and brought it in to the picture after ASC? Defend them anyway you want, the fact is they are still a scam. The guy's that are the customers being addressed in this thread just happen to be in the lucky few that actually get their jump. You can try to separate the different company names any way you want, it's still all the same and the money ends up in the same pocket,, Cary's! Definition: Cary Quattrocchi; Self admitted scam artist! http://1800skyrideripoff.com/sdaz.pdf (Page 6) Even I can congratulate these guys for getting their jumps done, but they still need to know who they are patronizing. So, congrats guys! Refuse to Lose!!! Failure is NOT an option! 1800skyrideripoff.com Nashvilleskydiving.org

I guess you should check your facts before you make an assumption that I don't jump, I jumped yesterday, just as I have done most of the season. Get pissed if you want, you can't deny all the fraudulent shit the sLyride has done. On second thought,,, yeah, I'm sure you will make a failed attempt to deny it, but we all know that sLyride is now and has always been scamming the customers. ie; your skydiving in Kansas websites. Your own people even admitted to not having a DZ in Kansas, but they damn sure have a website that says "Skydive high in the Kansas Sky", sooo, where is this Skydiving high in the Kansas sky? ***Note to yzracer and absane*** This link tells the truth about the company you patronized, make your own decision, then go to Skydive the Farm to continue your skydiving career. http://www.myfoxatlanta.com/dpp/news/i-team%3A-skyride-loses-010610 Refuse to Lose!!! No, we have all new equipment and the best instructors and we teach our students better than that! So does that mean that it's worth someone's while to buy a gift certificate from an ASC website that advertises to offer skydiving in Kansas or Arizona? Does "new equipment and the best instructors" justify selling a worthless ASC/sLyride gift certificate to someone who is hundreds of miles and multiple DZ's away? Fraud is fraud any way you try to justify it! Refuse to Lose!!! Failure is NOT an option! 1800skyrideripoff.com Nashvilleskydiving.org

That's really hard to do in Southern California, seeing as how all DZs here accept those. Sorry, but I'm not going to drive 300 miles out of my way just because Elsinore and Perris take skyride. Start a boycott of the DZ's that take sLyride's tickets! They don't need them, especially DZ's like Perris. They have a really nice website and it comes up everywhere because they've done their SEO homework. Refuse to Lose!!! Failure is NOT an option! 1800skyrideripoff.com Nashvilleskydiving.org

Dorkzone? You mean www.astskydiving.com? Edited to remove link to sLyride website. Refuse to Lose!!! Failure is NOT an option! 1800skyrideripoff.com Nashvilleskydiving.org

You should never,,, Ever patronize in any way, a DZ that is either owned by, accepts gift certificates, or affiliated in any way with 1 800 Skyride, Adventure Sports/Skydiving, Plutian.com or any other alias of these company names. By doing so, you enable sLyride to further their scam! There's your skydiving no no, and it's your damn good exception!! Refuse to Lose!!! Jason's DZ down in Puerto Rico! Really nice people! A lot of the exits are over the ocean, most are at least near the ocean. Great view of the beach, and they also do beach landings. Great view of the Arecibo Light House. Huge mountains in the back ground when looking towards the island from altitude and when flying in under canopy. It's pretty cool to be at about 3,000ft and looking up to see the tops of the mountains Great view of the Arecibo Observatory. Several movies have been filmed there. I've been told that at certain times of the year, you can whale watch during the climb to altitude. Other scenic views,,,, Hot Girls!! ( chicas calientes ) Lot's a Medalla and Medalla Light! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CZBKCSf9bfM&feature=fvsr www.xtremedivers.com Highly recommended! Refuse to Lose!!! That was Jack Rousch, He's the team/car owner of the Teams of Carl Edwards, Greg Biffle and Matt Kenseth in the cup series, and Carl Edwards and two or three other cars in the Nationwide series, he has two or three trucks in the Craftsman Truck Series and some in Arca, he also sponsors some Drag racing teams and other motorsports teams and Air Racers as well. He's got quite the portfolio. He also survived another plane crash a few years ago as well. Not only is he a Billionaire, he's a lucky Billionaire! Refuse to Lose!!! Being that I live in Tennessee, and 2,000 miles, I cannot tell you if one DZ is better than another, the better advice for which DZ would probably come from your local jumpers, or at least jumpers in your part of the country. Personally, I would start with your closest DZ and visit it then go to the next one out and so on and so forth. Get a feel for the attitude there, and personality of the staff, then make your choice. One big consideration, of course is distance. If you plan to stay with it, you might not want to drive for multiple hours each time you jump when you could be jumping instead of driving. Like I said, your local guys and girls will be able to guide you to some good places. Refuse to Lose!!! Failure is NOT an option! 1800skyrideripoff.com Nashvilleskydiving.org
