    I read a book called Peoples' Capitalism back in college, which proposed the idea that an automated workforce could generate income for people via individual shareholder investment in that automated workforce. Of course, the book was written at a time when there was this idea that the advent of computers in the workplace would result in more leisure time and a four day workweek. I have been to Vietnam, it is a great country with a lot of promise for the future, offering far more than "low wage worker potential."     There was never a question of the Assad government possessing chemical weapons. Their potential agreement to hand over control over those munitions to avoid being attacked says absolutely nothing about them having used them, or anything about the rebels. True enough, and it certainly is not proof of who used the CWs in the attack -- though I can see how Assad's willingness to give up the weapons can be perceived as an admission.
