I'm not sure you understand what a "right" is. The Constitution does not grant rights. The Constitution preserves rights. That is to say that your "Constitutional rights" are things that the government has been forbidden to infringe upon. The government did not grant the rights. However, if the Supreme Court decides that gays have a right to get married, no state has the authority to infringe upon that right, and any laws forbidding such unions would in fact be unconstitutional. The Supreme Court can't grant new rights. The Supreme Court (and the lower courts) can, however, clarify that long existing rights have been infringed, and compel the parties to cease such infringement of rights.

Sound like a sweet deal, except for the food bit! I thought bars closed pretty early in UK? Some places in the US they are open until 0400 or later. -
LMAO Last month I moved from Deland back to Missouri, where I was born and raised. I was able to handle it for about 2 1/2 weeks before the lack of non-Americans drove me back to Florida. I've received nothing but respect from most every international citizens I have encountered in numerous locations of residence. Of course I don't act as though America saved the world, and deserves to be put upon a pedestal, either.

Ford v Chevy Bud v Miller Javelin v Vector etc. It is personal preference. Most people who have iPods like them, and most people that use iTunes like it. It doesn't make them sheep simply because you do not share their preferences.

Tough call...It's value is decreasing with time whether you jump it or not, and will be harder to sell as time goes on, as gear designs evolve. On the other hand, if you keep it, it makes it much easier to get back into the sport actively. For Great Deals on Gear -
