I was trying to bait Jennfly but she wouldn't take it. By the standard laid out Roe vs. Wade is illegitimate law. You can't, on the one hand, embrace something because it sits well with you, and then scream about someone trampling on the Constitution just because you despise him. The SC, interpreting the law and Dubya saying "fuck you" to the American people ...are the same thing?!?!?!? Best response in the thread! Regarding the judge banning the use of "rape" Sexual assault", etc., I can see some justification. Would someone giving testimony be allowed to state, "the defendant murdered the victim" or "the defendant committed arson"? If they witnessed it, why not? "I saw the defendant murder the victim," is perfectly admissible testimony. Really? Is that, without a doubt, what they saw? Did they witness a murder? Then why have a trial? Even you you believe eyewitness testimony to be honest and unbiased (questionable) and completely accurate (most unlikely), what they may have witnessed was someone firing a gun or stabbing someone. Looks like murder to you? Well allrighty then. Dismiss the jurors ...case closed. Are you really full of that much hate, or are you just disgustingly coarse? I can understand someone hating an individual who uses phony reasons to invade another nation, wasting thousands of lives and $(hundreds of billions). If there are valid reasons for hate, that seems a pretty good candidate. Actually, I'll let others fight those battles. There are atrocities being carried out by both sides. In what universe did you think that up? to equate that is immoral and dishonest. We do not kill every last inhabitant, US soldiers take casualties avoiding such, and in many cases shielding the civilian population. Your lack of proof of said atrocities carried out by US forces following lawful orders, removes all doubt from everyones mind as to the voracity of your claims. If I send someone a text asking their schedule tonight and they reply that they can be somewhere at 6:00 and can only stay an hour or so, we have said what we needed to without having to take time out of a busy day to put small talk bread on either side of the communication sandwhich. The communication was not illusory; we said what we needed to without a bunch of BS on either side of it. I often times like that facet of texting. It's quick and to the point so the signal isn't lost in the noise.
