    2:0:1 1 nice morning with my lady, followed by taking her out for a surprise- We bought her a Trailblazer! (Pre-owned, but only 1 year old- So it's new-to-her!) Which made for a pretty good Sat nite- No jumps- But since Saturday was so good, I bought a case of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale anyways! Easy Does It

    Well- If were able to jump yesterday, I probably would have passed- The temps here haven't been getting up past 20 deg F during the day, and I'm being a bit of a wuss this winter. But on the other hand I haven't jumped in over a month now, and I'm getting itchy. (Read- about ready to start gnawing the plaster off the walls- Major cabin fever.) I think I'll take my canopy out and re-pack it - just to get high on the smell of ripstop nylon. I may need to consider re-locating South. Anybody know of any job opportunities for a mainenance supervisor (Multi-Craft) someplace where I won't have to shovel snow? Easy Does It

    I usually use travelocity.com - and book about 4-6 weeks in advance. If you are flexible with dates and departure times, you can get some smokin' deals. Easy Does It

    She has, in fact joined me at the DZ on a few occasions- And it's been good- We're talking about things, and I think we'll be able to work it out. I've set some goals for myself, and included her in them. I would love for her to do a tandem, but that seems out of the question. And as an aside, we're going shopping for a new Blazer for her today- Gotta keep Momma happy! Easy Does It

    Makes me wonder about skydiving - It has caused a good degree of friction in my marriage, but not in other parts of my life- In fact is has enhanced certain things. I'd like to get rid of the marital friction and continue jumping. This has been most challenging. Easy Does It

    I would agree with Lou- Xenadrine works great, but don't overdo it. I made me a little cranky, but not too bad. I prefer Red Bull myself, when I know I need to pull 6-8 hours extra, or I'm feeling a little slow on a Saturday afternoon. Easy Does It

    A "Logic" question. I Love my wife. My wifes Loves me. I Love skydiving. I Love skydivers. (And even lust after a few- You might know who you are, but maybe not-) My wife hates skydiving.     Lots of good advice here, man- !!! These folks know htier stuff! Why not get yourself a demo one size bigger, and jump that for a weekend or two? Sure would be cheaper than paying for rental gear, and you'll be in your own rig- PD has a good program and SUPER folks in Customer Service- Just ask for Kolla- Easy Does It

    Speaking of really large margaritas - I've got a mixer- a really big one- Just like a giant blender - Holds about 200 litres- Powered by a 25 or 30 HP motor- Needs air to control the discharge valve- We could seriously mix a huge frozen margarita in this sucker- Problems - Needs a forklift to move it, and 480volt, three phase, about 30-40 amps worth to drive it- It needs some reconditioning, but man what a party! There's also an 800 liter version at the plant, but I can't get ahold of that- Needs a crane to move it and the boss might notice-- Anybody want an ultimate party machine? Easy Does It
