Hey check this out- The wife is making noises like she might even let me go out your way SOLO! She'd love to visit Cali, but not if it's a jumping trip - she wants my undivided attention- So- financially it could work out this way - Airfare- as cheap as possible - Transportation - Hopefully the generous nature of the skydiving community will provide transport to essential destinations - i.e. DZ, Beer store, place to crash, etc. Place to stay - Hopfully crash on a floor somewhere - I'm not proud. Stuff to pack - Rig, change of underwear, money, toothbrush. I'll keep you posted as I work things out- Any suggestions are welcome- I can feel the cabin fever fading away already! Easy Does It

Well, this weekend is a trip go eagle watching, and in April we're going to NY over Easter to visit my kids. So we have nothing planned in March - Maybe sometime then? Easy Does It

It's cold as hell outside, but a nice looking day nonetheless. I've got a pot of chili cooking, and a cold beer in my hand. My rig is completely disassembled, the Cypres is at SSK for it's 8-year check and a new set of batteries. When it gets back I'll be taking it to my rigger, and have some other work done to the container before it's reassembled and made ready. Just got off the phone with the kids in NY - My 2nd daughter, Sarah, will be coming out to live with us this summer, and she'll be finishing high school here. She is a sophomore now. She'll also be packing at the DZ on weekends. My 11 year old son got suspended for kicking the crap out of a kid, who was making fun of his hair. I heard it was a little bloody. I did that once, too- Too damn cold to work outdoors or in the garage. Winter is too damn long. I want to move south, where I don't have to shovel snow and I can ride and jump all year around. Isn't there anyone to share my blues? Maybe I should dig my John Lee Hooker albums out- Easy Does It

Wondering if anyone has sent thier Cypres in for service recently, how the turnaround time has been. Mine went out UPS red last Tuesday. - So, am I looking at two weeks, or have been running longer or shorter? No biggie, just wondering. Easy Does It

I dreamed I was teaching one of the girls from the front office (one of the really hot ones, too!) how maintain and repair different types of chain drive systems. What is the interpretation of that one? Easy Does It

I don't know much about the Time Out, but I do own a ProDytter, and have absolutely no problems with it at all. L&B, the makers of the Pro-Dytter and Pro-Track, have an excellent reputaion for both an outstanding product, and outstanding customer service. I would go with the ProDytter. Easy Does It

Thats' just about the same approach I'll be taking this year, too- to balance my skydiving with the rest of my life. The wife and I like to ride, too, and we didn't near enough in last the year. So I'll be at the DZ every other Saturday, making from 4-6 jumps also, and perhaps spend a weekend there once or twice. I have some goals, but they are consevative. Easy Does It

Yep - That would be her - She'll be putting my Racer back together when my Cypres comes back from SSK - Pretty cool lady, too. Knows her stuff! I'll probably be working with her when I go for my Coach rating this summer, too. And you did get the spelling right there, Lisa! Easy Does It

We did a little 10 stuff at Sky Knights last year, when we had the Otter on Tuesdays- I was there twice- It was a blast, even though most of the time it funneled. Lots of fun! We'll have a Super Twotter this coming season, hopefully we'll do more. Easy Does It
