I've jumped on some of those extra-frosty days also- Put the helmet on for take-off, visor open (if possible- I have a Z-1) then take it off so I don't fill it with sweat on the way up- When I put it back on, I'll leave it open until just before exit- Again to prevent moisture build-up. Sometimes I'll get some fog under canopy, so I just flip it open a bit. I got in the habit of opening it under canopy during the summer months, mostly for comfort. Easy Does It

I think I'll enjoy freefall more once I learn more - My RW skills still suffer bigtime! Canopy is great- Except for crappy spots. Easy Does It

OK- I don't know if this qualifies as a lucid dream- but here goes- I had dream i was in freefall and it was time to pull- So I pull, and nothing opens- So I pull again- nothing- Pull the reserve- nothing, So I realize I'm gonna bounce, and say to myself- "Hey no biggie- It's just a dream - It's cool-) And I relax and watch the ground rush up, bounce like I'm plopping down in bed, lie there on the grass for a few moments, and get up and head to the packing shed- Go figure- Easy Does It -

Yeah things seeed to happen in slow motion, and for several days afterward, kept on replaying themselves in my head- And my hands went to the handles and did what they should- it was like they were on autopilot. I was, like, just watching them do what we had praticed so many times. Pretty wild! Easy Does It
