Did you mean a tight jump suit? The amount of additional surface area/drag a loose t-shirt provides is much more than a set of sleeves alone. So yes, it will help. But if you are going to be an AFF-I, you need the tools for the job which means dress for success. You might have to get a jump suit that gives you more range, or if the suit is not an option, learn how to better fly your body to not sink out. 50 donations so far. Give it a try. I assume this device will be installed in the d-bag. If so, is it built to take the abuse of packing, deployment, while canopy is in flight, and finally when the canopy hits the ground on landing? Dealers in general, no matter who they represent, are there to answer the often asked question so the manufacturer can make their product instead of replying to emails that the dealer can answer just as easily. Depending on where the manufacturer is located, the dealer is most likely in the same time zone as the buyer instead of many hours separated. Answers to questions can be much quicker. If there is a question that the dealer has to ask the manufacturer, they will know the answer the next time it arises. I just had a conversation with the OP. There were some issues on shipping the order that were partly my fault. We are working to get his suit to him as fast as possible with a color design that he approves. I'd ask you the question, other than vanity, why do you want to jamb an oversized canopy into too small a rig? Too large of canopy can cause excessive wear and damage to the container, plus can lead to hesitations on deployment. Can also cause hesitation on your reserve if you have a total mal. But hey, the tiny container looks so much more sexy compared to one that is sized correctly. And you can downsize to that itty bitty canopy. As a newer jumper, I tried to collect as many different signatures as I could. After a while, it got to be just logging the jump took effort. But if going to a boogie required having your logbook checked, many a time my girlfriend and I exchanged logbooks and signed a shitload of each other's jumps.
