Did you even read the post to which I linked? The cost of the deficit was figured into the expense, and it was still much cheaper. Yes, I read it. That still doesn't change the fact that there's a $7B deficit. If you really believe that, then there is no point in discussing the issue further with you. Just because you disagree with the logical conclusions does not mean an issue has not been addressed. You seem to think ignoring the deficit makes it go away (surprise, surprise). So, one more time, just because it's cheaper to you personally does not mean the government is actually doing it cheap. That point has already been addressed. It was not addressed. It was an attempt to justify the deficit. Justifying it does not make it go away and it certainly doesn't mean cheaper for you is actually cheaper overall. The deficit still exists whether you think sweeping it under the rug is right or not. The government could further subsidize the cost of mailing a letter down to zero. Let me start by saying I completely understand why you and the others who use the airfield would be upset. Any under the table deal for the property you currently use is shitty. However, I don't see anything that would lead me to believe your DZ would be getting it in the arse. I don't even see verbage that would raise concern about increased rent. Completely agree. IMO, the study would've been more valid if the same picture had been used with different tones. The only Presidential picture, again IMO, was the last one.
