2-Way CF Training Camp w/ Chris Gay, May 1-3, Wisconsin

I just got home... What a GREAT weekend! Chris, thank you for the training and information. I learned a lot even though we weren't ready to practice all the techniques. Being a former gymnast let me just say, keep teaching technique. Skill is based on knowledge of the movement pattern. I gained an understanding of the technique just by wathing all the videos. I will be practicing!! Razz and April, thanks for organizing the event. It was all we expected and more. We're looking forward to doing more at Skydive Twin Cities. See you both in a couple weeks. We use this stuff to build Supermileage Cars http://mtea.net/supermileage/index.htm I've seen parts be abused again and again! Carbon Fiber is extreamly durable. And, when damaged can be esily fixed. Take the insurance money... fix that helmet and recycle it. One mans garbage is another mans gold!! Birdshit & Fools Productions "Son, only two things fall from the sky."

What you need is a little gel coat... Call Express Composits in Minneapolis or any local Resin suplier. Jim, at Express can send you some Black gel coat and hardner. Just sand the area, apply the gel coat, sand and polish... Good as new. If not, I'll buy it?? What do you need for it? http://www.expresscomposites.com/ ask for Jim Birdshit & Fools Productions "Son, only two things fall from the sky."

Damn, I got this one right off! Unfortunatly, I read this post too late. I had one of these back in the 70's, it was my first square. It flew like a brick! I retired it shortly thereafter. I cut the stablizers off and saved them. My plan is to have them sewn into a wind breaker. Birdshit & Fools Productions "Son, only two things fall from the sky." -
All of the above are true! However, the problem with good friends is; -They're not cheap! -They're in short supply with high demand! -They require high maintenance! -You can never have too many! -They know you too well! -If you lose one, they’re really hard to find. -They don't let you get away with anything! -and, last but certainly not least, they fart in the airplane! Criminals: Welcome to Contra Costa, California

Example... I work for a school district that was trying to pass a referendum. They took the high road and didn't "threaten" to cut programs or close schools... the levy failed! One year later, they tried again. This time, they cut programs, threatened to close "key" schools, and increased class sizes. There was a public outcry and the levy overwhelmingly passed. Unfortunately, Bill, this process is effective. What’s even scarier is that "Negative Political Campaigning" is also extremely effective. Hmmmm! Here is exactly what I'm talking about. You’re a "BRAND" loyal buyer who's blinded by this loyalty to the point that you won't even look at the possibility of buying anything but a Ford. And, that's O.K. as long as Ford doesn't (once again) become complacent and produce crap! Because, if they do… you’ll buy that crap because it has Ford (or any other label) glued onto the fender. Instead, I suggest that every time you buy a car, you research and investigate the car (regardless of brand) and buy the best value! That’s how we keep all the manufactures honest. The strong shall survive and the weak will……. well?? Birdshit & Fools Productions "Son, only two things fall from the sky."

You mean like..... Honda / Acura Toyota / Lexus Also, re-badging didn't start in the 80's, it's been going on since before any of us were even born! I had a 68 Camaro and a 68 Firebird at the same time. Both were gold w/black vinyl tops and black interior. I loved both cars for different reasons. What GM understood back in those days was that... 1. R & D was too expensive for them not to share it. 2. Different buyers liked different things. 3. Most importantly, buyers bought based on brand loyalty. Pontiac buyers were going to buy Firebirds, and Chevy buyers wanted Camaros. Unfortunately, poor quality of the product they produced in the late 70’s, early 80’s combined with the fact that foreign competitors were producing better products sent the “brand loyal” buyers running. Thus, they became loyal to a new brand, like Toyota and Honda. The irony in this is that GM is now producing some really great products. American buyers always have been and probably always will be “BRAND” loyal. A phenomenon that blinds our buying freedom . I think this may be an attempt to bring buyers back to the “Brand”. But, the brand this time will be “GM”. Streamlining the business in this way may be a really smart move. Pontiac… I, for one, will miss you. +1 Thank you! I just got my coach rating and still am looking to become a better coach. I've been watching and trying to learn more. I take it very seriously and hope others do as well. If that means sweeping a few floors... so be it. If it makes me a better coach/instructor, hand me a broom. I’m so sick of Liberals slamming Conservatives and Cons. Slamming Libs.! Democrats bashing Republicans, R’s bashing D’s. I’m not going to say which one of these groups I consider myself a member of because, I’m ashamed to be a member of either. If your best argument is to slam the other side, chances are your argument is weak! I challenge all of you to make your argument about the issues. Say what YOU think is right or wrong. Don’t say what you think “The Other Side” thinks. I further challenge all of us to stop pointing our fingers across the isle. Instead, think about the issue, argue your thoughts, then, listen to the other side. It’s so much easier to argue and blame than it is to listen and compromise. Which is why this political bashing has gotten out of hand. A true democracy painlessly searches for a compromise, then, embraces it when they find one. That compromise will not always please everyone, but it should be something that everyone can live with. Lastly, if you hear someone bashing the “other side”, stop listening! If they’re, instead, arguing their side of the issue, listen to what they’re saying. You don’t have to agree, but you should listen. When you disagree, argue your side of the issue instead of attacking theirs. The sooner we eliminate the Conservative/Liberal labels, the better!!!
