If the person getting raped shoots the rapist, we are not able to get his side of the story. But if she doesn't act, what's to say he won't kill her to cover things up? Yes, it's a loaded question. But with all of the debate about SYG, gun control, etc., I think it's time to stop circling the issue and get straight to the heart of the matter.
