    I have no idea what the circumstances of your situation were, but lack of an accurate record could be one factor in a rigger’s decision. To answer your question it is never OK to commit fraud.

    The Optimum and all PD reserve has all the needed data on the panel sewn to the the center top skin of the canopy. Traditionally the data card belongs to the canopy. However when you buy a new canopy it does not come with one, only the container does. Personally I consider the "card follows the canopy" rule to be obsolete. There is no regulation that covers this.

    Whenever I hear about the wonderful healthcare available in 3rd world countries for any western currencies I just can't help thinking of what must be available to the local masses. Canadians traveling anywhere in the world don't ever bring CAD with them. They bring USD and of course these days cards wherever we can earn bonus points and discounts. But you know that!

    That's why I got a ticket. The most local rigger left the province and our DZ had none. It took nearly 4 years to just make the cash investment in training and tools back. Not even mentioning the lost time.

    AR type weapons are the choice of those who want to make a statement and become famous for mass shootings. So they get a lot of attention. They are now symbols, or icons. Easy targets for those who don't want to go after the underlying cause of the problem. Namely the insanity of the 2nd Amendment.
