The law you're looking for is: 36 USC 106: Constitution Day and Citizenship Day Note: "(b) Each educational institution that receives Federal funds for a fiscal year shall hold an educational program on the United States Constitution on September 17 of such year for the students served by the educational institution." While I may not agree with your rants; I do applaud your community service.

In the feed this morning, one of them showed a cup of coffee drug across a table creating ripples in the liquid and said this is an example of the "Faraday Wave." I use these little science McNuggets to explore, but I can't find a "use" for the Faraday Wave. Is it something that has a practical application or is it just something to be observed?
