Jerry, I have a question about this comment.... As you know, there's two kinds of "difference." One in which they come after you and pursue the financial amount between the sales price and the amount you owed. The other is "relief of debt" in which you receive the 1099 nastygram and owe taxes on the amount forgiven. Can you clarify your comment on which or if it's both that are forgiven until 2013.... I'm really just curious and haven't stayed up on it. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard. -

Its really not how much you paid and how much you owe or how "under water" you are... If you can afford the payments, then it's really about the tax deduction and a matter of property values coming back around... which they will and do every time there's a recession. I've been through four of them... none any worse than others when it affects your income. I might suggest that you go out and buy something that says "Made in the USA." It'$ the economy, $tupid... Or, it could just be a continued deterioration of the educational culture that you and I come from years ago [a lot of fookin years ago]. "Pass it Forward" is more than just a bumper sticker. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Hey Pancho, Please contact them for used gear as it can be difficult to stay up on the website with the amount of used gear turn over. I think they went to putting just all new gear on the site and would leave used gear to emails and phone calls. Feel free to email Mike or you can send him a PM on this site. http://www.dropzone.com/cgi-bin/forum/gforum.cgi?username=chutingstar; Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

oooh - here's an interesting one Coach jump - if qualified to wear the camera? I don't have an issue with that. His job is observation, not intervention. the camera fits the description But I don't think AFFI's should be wearing cameras on AFF jumps. You are around deploying gear, it affects your ability to fly, it can be a distraction to the student, etc etc etc etc how's that for a transposition from expectations? 1) Are you suggesting an AFF/I should wear a camera on AFF jumps, or 2) are you suggesting someone implied they should? I don't think anyone (or a very low number of AFF/I's) would consider taking a video/camera on a student jump. In the case of the video... he was acting as Coach, therefore he had a video/camera. He did not take the camera with the intentions of acting as an AFF/I. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

RIGGER POSTS: "This opens again the big question: Does 100 jumps makes a skydiver ready to be a coach or it should be minimum 200 + jumps & the ability to jump with a camera for training & education. " RON POSTS: In fact, I think the standards for getting an AFF rating is too low. Very well stated on both accounts. Thank you. The church has to pay for those requested services in the rate. If some things are not covered then the rate goes down So YES, they ARE requiring the church to provide those services and YES I do have a problem with that as it is a violation of the boundaries between church and state (and a bunch of other constitutional statues) Well, technically there is no constitutional statute or any other law requiring a separation of Church and State. I hink there is No Mark I'm afraid there is not. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
