I think it could mean: "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness." ....and that this singing group believes that the BOR is founded in that principle. Ok. So it's OK to indoctrinate 9 YO's ad get them to sing a song, but it's wrong for 12 YO's to author and perform a song. Nooope. The first is the parents' fault. No ya didn't. They just wrote and recorded it last week. The father is a pastor here in Tulsa (quite a large congregation). There are not 20 kids in the family. I "think" there's 8 and it's an extended family. They are entitled to their fantasies just as much as the liberals are to theirs. This was not written to me. I just thought it was waaaaay over the edge for a normal person. Or it's someone with a degree in Communications. One of the offsets for Groupthink is to ensure or proffer oneself or another to play"Devil's Advocate" to maintain some balance. Absent of anything written - The reasonable time to inspect is usually two weeks. The buyer didn't technically even have to address your allegations. All s/he had to do was say, "You had more than a reasonable amount of time to inspect the gear. When I didn't hear from you after two weeks, I was left with the assumption that you had accepted the gear." In this case, had you had it inspected the week it was received and told the same story... This is why stuff needs to be written out before any money exchanges hands. Courts are filled with contracts that are pages long. To think that not writing anything down is going to result in an amicable transaction given our now community of 30,000+ is a mistake. Both sides can have the best of intentions, it's now a matter of which side is more wrong. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard. -
