I was at two "skydiver weddings" in the past few months ... some unique things ... in the vows, the bride, who had a rather low opening once, promised "not to pull low unless she was"... At the other wedding, the bride and groom gave out pullups that had their nicknames on them with the wedding cake.

As there is a larger risk with the smallpox vaccination than with most other vaccinations, I just wonder if his advisors would permit your president to put himself at risk.

Your local new station hasn't been infiltrated by a skydiver like mine has! We get lots of skydiving stuff on the news ... and me being a tv news producer doesn't hurt! The clip I ran was :32 seconds long ... In the past, our News Director, one of the supper hour news Anchors, and a reporter all did the FJC ... Thanks, Diverdriver, for the pix and info!

Ya, the 'Splits were cool! Ya, Ya, "Danger Island" ... that's the place! I've had the theme song from the Banana Splits run thru my head on occasion, too, over the yearz!

I put the pictures provided by our NBC affiliate on my Noon News cast, and it will be seen again on our suppertime news show. CH Victoria ... at least everyone watching on Vancouver Island will see the world record jump!!! How many of you out there participated???

Today is my birthday!!! I'm 41 ... they had a nice big cake for me at work, and everyone sang happy birthday!

A dropzone is a business. If you get good customer service, then reward that business with your loyalty. If not, find another "business" that will provide what you are looking for.

To me, safety means reducing risk to an acceptable level. Being aware of the environment you are in, and taking precautions to avoid a danger. Whether it's behind the wheel, or an approach to skydiving, safety must always be a BIG consideration.

My daughters, 8 and 10, know both of these rather well, too! Chitty Chitty Bang Bang is another one of the Goldie Oldies that is "timeless"! -
The "pre-Brownies" here are called "Sparks". Tonight was the last Brownies night before Christmas for my 8 year old ... they did craft stuff... Anyway, the Moms probably talked about all the crappy stuff thier husbands do, so the men and kids were likely better off at their own table!
