Ok, it is obvious that no one cares, but I will tell you anyway... The Cardinals have won eleven in a row now and I got to see number ten from the second row behind first base. Way cool. I had to leave a seminar given by John LeBlanc to get to the game, though....not cool!!! Blue skies, Anne

Congrats on your Voodoo!!! Do you know the only thing worse than waiting for your container to arrive??? Spending two weekend looking at your EMPTY container (although she is pretty) waiting for your reserve to arrive!!!! "It is in the mail....."

Well....you can all ease up about me owing beer. My reserve is still not in. It was supposed to arrive Friday, but it will probably arrive Monday. SUCKS!! I

I would like to offer an opinion in support of Atair. I myself have not demoed a Cobalt because I am too much of a newbie to skydiving. However, many people at my DZ have demo-ed them, including one of my good friends. The demo canopies came in when expected. The second batch of demos (which was a tiny one!) also came in right when expected. One girl who bought one had hers arrrive early. One guy who bought one had not recieved his as of last weekend, but it was not expected in until this week, I think. Everyone involved has raved about the helpfulness of Atair and the ease of demo-ing and purchasing from them. I would hope that anyone thinking of buying a Cobalt would give the company a chance for themselves and not reply on one person's less than wonderful experience. I would like to think that your displeasure, Mike, is the exception rather than the norm. Just my .02 Anne

Andrea, The Private messages are what you get a flag for in the forums, and you can access them thru your control panel. E-mail is separate from private messages and you have to go thru "my dropzone" or the homepage to access those messages. As far as I know, there is no indicator to let you know when you have new e-mail. Blue skies, Anne

Actually it was the British whom we were fighting in the war of 1812. They did successfully invade and burn the Capitol in 1814. So, the bragging rights for the only country to invade the United States and burn the Capitol go to the UK, NOT TO CANADA. CANADA and the US have never been at war with each other.
