    I don't pull below 3k, except on bigways. Even then, 2k5 is about as low as I want to go. If that precludes my future participation on really really big ways, so be it.

    The Guinness would be wasted if you didn't have a proper tap system. Bass you could probably get away with. Harp is reasonable, but I think Rolling Rock is just as nice a beer for a whole lot less dinero. If you want the keg to get finished, make it something easy to drink. Lagers like RR, CL, etc. will go down quickly.

    Yup, B&H's store is huge. They've got a really odd system where there are different counters, salespeople, and queues for each area. Your purchases get put into little carts that move around on an overhead track and get delivered to the central area where you pay for the whole lot. Very strange, and more than slightly paranoid. Still, they're a large, well-established, reputable dealer.

    Brian Germain was relating a very similar story this weekend just gone though, in the story he told, the pin stabbed through the bridle before pulling out of the closing loop, resulting in a total. The jumper in question failed to identify the cause of the total and so, one reserve repack later, had another total . Very much at the far end of the distribution curve, but it obviously happens occasionally.
