When nails are outlawed, only outlaws will have nails

That was a refreshing post. Nice to know that everyone in the Bush administration had JOBS in the private sector. Most Democrats are lifelong career politicians that have never had a JOB.

Gene? Gene Gene the dancing machine? Hey bro it's the unknown comic here! Where ya been? On a serious note here, I was referring to CONSENTING ADULTS. So, if you are a consenting adult and you are not hurting another adult, child, animal etc, then there are indeed victimless crimes, end of story. Mike

The girls are forced to do it? Some but not many and it's here legal or not Does the "worlds oldest profession" sound familiar to you? Not that I frequent ho houses or anything As to some of the other posts regarding drugs, I don't think you will find any dealers selling dope down at the old school house, EXTREME enhanced penalties for that shit. If someone was peddling dope at the schools my kids attend, I would probably pistol whip them or worse. Fact of the matter is if drugs were controlled, taxed etc. The crime rate would drop significantly. Maybe the $100 a day habit would drop to $10 a day (or less). And for the argument that it needs to be illegal to keep it contained, would any of you stick a needle in your arm the day heroin was legalized? Doubt any would (at least here). The manufactures of narcotics being made now (the legal manufacturers) could make coke or smack along with Lidocaine and morphine. But then, that would bring back the addicts having to rob to pay the pharmicist if the drug companies are involved! And last but not least, if you're DWI in WA state, the local police and State police have your number, whether your drunk or loaded on something else. Mike

Sorry Lou, gotta stick to my guns on this one. Drugs, prostitution, gambling, and on and on are indeed victimless crimes. The state or federal government make them a crime. As for drugs in particular, it would be nice to lose about half the people in jail and save that 25 grand a year it takes to lock them up. Many of those people were employed prior to their forced visit to the graybar hotel. Legalized drugs = big hit for organized crime. much lower cost for those involved in that lifestyle as in they won't have to rob people to support their habits. Not to mention the taxes the various gov agencies would reap. And no, I don't use dope Lou. Pretty much part of the platform of the Libertarian party.

Drugs=victimless crime. Anything people do that does not hurt other people should not be a crime. War on drugs an expensive (both financially and in it's human toll with long prison terms) failure. Of course, that person should remember this is now and dope is illegal now, altho it shouldn't be. Mike

Hi All, I don't know a damn thing about adding URL's or whatever they're called. Go to Ifilm.com, click on uncensored and watch the Bush state of the union address, it's so damn funny. So, Billvon, ya see I have a good sense of humor, I can even laugh at the Prez I voted for and support. Mike

untold billions! besides, Catholics are cult members..... And on a lighter note, I hear Bagdad is looking for human shields Bill, I'll throw in 50 bucks for your airfare.... Mike

Lighten up Kris, nothing personal. Fact of the matter is most US people of the Islamic faith probably have some background in the penal system (and not as employees)
-
for 8 of those 12 years the prez was getting blowjobs in the oval office and trying to define the meaning of what is is. I am a vet that served in a very unpopular war. But I do agree that most of the US population are looking to the gov for how to run their lives in the post Sept 11, 2001 world
