Sadly, I am quite certain I have seen the Zubaz pants at my DZ and probably the Wolf shirt too.

Ok, so you are willing to share a woman you "may or may not be into" with another woman but not with another man? That makes me think of the "Friends" episode when Ross begins to suspect his wife is gay- she agrees to a threesome with another woman and they all but kick Ross out of the bed! Maybe your desire to be up close and personal with some girl on girl action trumps your natural instinct to be jealous and territorial? Or maybe you're just afraid of accidently bumping uglies with the wrong person if you do the MWM variety? Not picking on you- I just think its an interesting double standard, and I think a fairly common one among men and women.

Why blame the island? Is the government pumping feromones into the air? Sounds like you are still making excuses for her even after she cheated on you twice.
-
Reasonable request- good for the goose and all that- but I agree with the "doomed relationship" comment also. I don't think too many couples can survive bringing 3rd parties into their beds without jealousy, insecurity and other issues. Sure there are exceptions, but they are exceptions ..............

Red wine and dark chocolate are really good together!

I don't what it says about me, but I don't think I even opened the thread until I saw the lock! Just- wow! Maybe someone's SC ban should be lifted so the cat fights can move back to where they belong?? Just a thought .............

"Well how niiiiice!" = F You!

I bet you still had a cup of decaf..... No decaf for me!! I like my fully caffienated freshly ground, freshly brewed dark roast. In a pinch, I'll deal with the work coffee, but never decaf!
-
Today is a mandatory OT day at work- 8 to 8. I got in this morning and there was only decaf and serentity green tea! Good thing I had my coffee at home this morning!

My dentist says the Crest White Strips work pretty well and safely, and that the best time to use them is right after a cleaning. Otherwise, you are really just bleaching the tartar.

We got one of their sushi platters for my niece's junior recital. (She told her parents the night before that a reception after the recital was expected.......) I didn't even get any of the sushi- the college kids swarmed the tray and devoured everything! Must have been pretty good! Their sweet trays with cookies, baklava, etc., are also very tasty! I imagine if you put in a special order, it would be even better.

Hey, I'm all for giving people the benefit of the doubt and all, but this guy? He called her a liar in his first text, then texts her what 3, 4 times in the middle of the night? Then says "Your loss" when she tells him flat out she's not interested. My advice is "Run Forrest, Run like the wind!" The guy is a tool!

It was an entertaining post. And she should do whatever the F she wants! Its her weekend! Hey, I've been there- trying to explain skydiving to a whuffo who wants to go out with me. Most of them don't get it, and don't want to get it. Guys don't like girls with bigger balls than them!

Truth is, if you were really interested, you would have made a little room in your schedule for him. And if he was really interested, instead of giving up so easily and sending a whiny text, he would have suggested lunch during the week or dinner Thursday or Friday. Even though he was wrong to assume you were making up excuses, he could see that you really weren't interested. There's nothing wrong with that, but if nothing else, be honest with yourself. You just aren't that into him. I went through some of that when I started jumping and I'm pretty sure I didn't let "The One" slip away. Its OK to take a little time for yourself. Besides, who wants a guy that sends whiny text messages and gets pissy when you won't bend your schedule or change your plans for him anyway?

What's your favorite red wine and appetizer pairing?

Not drooling because I really am not a fan of lamb or venison, sorry. My ex brother in law's lamb is about the only lamb I have ever eaten and really enjoyed. Your recipe does sound pretty good though. -
A MonteCristo is basically a grilled Ham, Turkey and Cheese sandwich, but the bread is dipped/soaked in an egg batter like french toast. Don't knock the jam- its probably the healthiest part of the sandwich! I'm only grossed out by some of the items I saw. Some look pretty tasty. The Monte Cristo sandwich is really good when its made right! A little heavy and definitely not an everyday meal but really yummy all the same. Moderation is the key!

Dark chocolate covered chile rubbed dried mango slices (Trader Joes sells them - YUM!) with a nice shiraz or petite syrah. The chocolate, bite from the chile and tang from the fruit work really well with a full bodied red wine. -
Based on that, I would say slow and/or not really comfortable with computers. I am guessing a little bit older (over 40) because some of us had to learn our basic computer skills as they were introduced on the job and not in school. And maybe her boss is OK with it because she has other skills that he or she really values?

basic data entry? Yeah, slow and/or lazy, especially given the fact that her boss does not seem to mind. I see a lot of that where I work and I really don't have the time or patience to deal with it. Bosses play favorites for no apparent reason sometimes, and other times the reason is all too obvious.

Try googling "walkfree". I think its something along those lines. Looked pretty cool- I hated crutches!

The town I grew up in had "garbage week"- similar concept, but also, the local garbage collectors would not pick up large objects like furniture, etc. normally. Where I live now, the garbage truck takes just about anything. We'll put stuff out in the alley and its fair game until the garbage man comes. The funniest was the old galvanized pipes from our house when we had them all replaced with copper. We did it on the DL and live a block away from city hall so I was scared to put everything out in the alley all at once. I was afraid I would get fined for having all that work done without a permit. (we used licensed plumbers who happened to be skydivers doing side work.......) I was scratching my head trying to figure out how to get rid of all the old piping and some guy came by and asked if he could have it. He acted like he had struck gold when he left and we were just so happy to get rid of it!

Me too. I've got pets and also, a shelf above the toilet- I don't want anything or anyone falling in.

The few times I have ever seen even part of that show, Kate was treating John like crap and he was quietly putting up with it and doing whatever she told him to. Maybe he just had enough.

I haven't seen the photos but the article I read about this whole issue said that the first photo did not show any more skin than the bikini she wore in the competition. The bigger issue is the fact that she never told the pageant about them, then said there was only 1 photo out there. Only one? Who goes to a photo shoot and has only one photo taken? That's a really stupid lie, but not surprising considering the source. Now, one by one, all of the photos will be published and the pageant will have their excuse to dump her. Its 100% her fault but she'll cry conspiracy and keep trying to extend her 15 minutes.

To be fair, I believe they were lingerie photos- not exactly Playboy or Penthouse material. Something a lot of young aspiring models might have done. But, she lied about them- more than once apparently- and she got caught. She and her supporters really should suck it up and quit whining about a conspiracy. When you become a public figure, people like to dig up the dirt.
