What do you think? I think it is simply not possible. Kris.

I don't think that it is possible; Someone that beautiful cannot have Ugly toes. It is simply not possible. Kris.

Has a yearly Chilli festival where a lot chilli pepper products are judged and given awards. Kris.

What about Misha Barton? Do I have to answer? Kris.

Yup, I used to have the logger set at 1 sec. The best number I have seen on the screen as far as accuracy goes is 7 ft. If logging at 1 sec intervals, a 1 sec interval will yield an error of atleast 14 ft(for 1 sec = 14fps) error or for 100 fps(68 mph) total speed the error is 14 percent or higher. That is too high. The same numbers if logged at 3 secs yield an error of 4.4 percent or higher. Kris.

I am in India and its 4:30 in the afternoon and its frigging 44 degrees outside. That's celsius for you. Kris.

Yes, you do start flying pretty soon but you don't reach terminal for a long time. The forward speed from the inertia on exit can stay with you for quite a bit of time depending on exit style. This can make the hop-n-pops from a plane very long if you can handle the exit correctly. Kris.

Other V1 flyers were Dingo, Brenden and Pablo (speedformula). Avery has a V1 but chose to fly his S3, and Pablo put back on his S3's after one flocking dive. The S3 is itself too much of a suit for light and tall flyers while flocking in bigways. 26 is pretty decent for a weekend that rained. Hopefully, there will be 3 plane loads and 50+ sized formations by the end of this year. Kris.

Who all showed up? I expected this event to be much bigger. Did the threat of bad weather mess with the attendance? How are flying V1s??(Other than Jim) Kris.

I was scared of getting LASIK as well but after reading your post, I talked to my doctor about it and am planning to get it done soon. Thanks for the post, Kris.

Does it matter as long as you like what you see? Kris.

I am not flying right now and my GPS is not with me either. I already upgraded to the new functionality Paralog and will be able to send some feedback to Klaus as soon as I start flying again. Kris.

I did some web browsing on bats and here are some excerpts, interesting reading. MSN Encarta ============ Unlike most birds, bats are able to fly at relatively low speeds with extreme maneuverability, a feat achieved by the bat’s extraordinary ability to vary the shape and curvature of their wings and thus dramatically vary their aerodynamic lift. wwf(www.wwf.org.nz) ======= Bats' wings are far more maneuverable than birds' wings because they are able to move their fingers while flying, they have much stronger muscles and air can pass through their wings. For these reasons bats are able to perform amazing stunts and acrobatics during flight. They can also fly at great speeds for long periods of time. to understand fingers see attached picture from this article. Yet another article It seems like the bat is capable of highly acrobatic flights because of its ability to dynamically change wing characteristics. Alas we are only human . Kris.

I remember reading(one of the Birdman newsletters) that the New design team at Birdman had a fashion designer in addition to the usual geeks. I must say the fashion people earned their money. The suit looks nice. Offering only stock patterns and sizes reduces production cost and that is the reason this suit is cheaper. Just like the S-Fly. Not a bad idea most people will not have issues with stock sizes. Kris.

I am assuming this is in reply to. What is the theory behind this? How do scalloped trailing edges make a suit's flight characteristics better for acrobatics Kris.
-
Yeah, it appears like it's just one diagonal zipper. The problem with 1 zipper on the Classic1 was that it was hard to get on cuz it only went down to your crotch. This diagonal goes down to where the 2 zippers usually go, so I'm assuming that would make it easier to get into the suit. I wonder why change the tried and tested 2 zipper design. This surely has to be more cumbersome to get into than the 2 zipper suits even if it is easier to get into than a classic I, Matter, S-Fly, SG etc. Any specific reasons? Kris.

12400ft to 2600ft in 3 mins 24 sec last weekend. SMOKIN'....... Be safe. Ed What sort of flight pattern were you guys flying? On Topic: I don't think flying thru imaginary markers is as fun as flying with others or next to big puffy clouds. Kris.

The INS is anal about things like that. I left one week before I was supposed to leave just to be on the safe side. Don't overstay by even a single day. Good Luck, Kris.

Nice Review!! What did you think about the strain on the arms? Is it more because of the increased wing area? Kris.

Is this the Kim P that worked from Birdman previously? She is awesome. So is Kolla. Kris. -
I am going to steal Tonto's thunder and say 'Short and Fat is where its at" ask him for the details. He uses the BASE pouch on his S3. Kris.

I had the issue of not finding the BOC on the first few flights. I found that keeping the adjustable swoop cords(chords?) a little bit loose helped with deployment. It was like with any other wingsuit, natural. We jumped from under 6K a bunch on the 21st and I did not have to think twice about pulling lower than usual . Kris.
