The V-1 is a big step up from the S3. It flies faster and is less tiring to fly. The forward speed on this suit is exhilarating. The sound is like its a sitfly jump. Kris.

Low-mid 40s was the range on hop-n-pops(6K ceiling on monday) that I was flying for distance. Darren flew the suit maxed out a couple of times and the results were very good

I think it should work with any computer that has a serial connection. I think they have Mapsource for Mac as well. Check [url "http://www.garmin.com/cartography/mapsourceTutorial.html"]this page [url]. Kris.

Does throwing right out the door in slow airspeed(C182 exit) make the "snatch force" almost nothing? Maybe that is why the PC was in tow until the airspeed picked up enough so that the tension on the bridle pulled the pin out? Kris.

I think they had to do some moves in freefall before deploying and landing as accurately as possible. Do these guys have bad knees despite the tuffet? Kris.

I got a Sab2 190 for my first canopy loaded at 1.15:1 when I ordered it. I was jumping a Sab 190 on student status. However, I broke my ankle on jump 23 and was out for two and a half months. I did start back on the 230 and downsized over 20 jumps to the Sab2 190. I have about 460 jumps now and my am loading my Sab2 170 around 1.15:1. Kris.

I felt the same way after the jump, even though I don't think the excitement manifested itself outwardly. I am asking about after you made the jumps and went home and had some time to think about it. Like after the adrenaline wore off and a few days had passed without any jumps. Kris.

Jim, Do you have a Garmin Foretrex 201?? I updated the software on that unit and it stopped connecting to the serial interface. Garmin switched out the unit for me. Kris.

After you made your first BASE jump? I don't mean just after you made your first BASE jump. After you made your first jump or jumps and then had a period where you did not make any jumps. I had the most wonderful time jumping at the bridge last weekend(FJC). Then I went into a shell and did not want to talk . Now I want to jump again. Kris.

I was at SDC just after this had happened to someone on their First Wingsuit Flight. It is interesting that this can happen on regular jumps also. Anyone know of this happening on a terminal jump? Kris. -
I wonder if it's possible to modify the gear a little (take off some padding or cut off the sleeves) to improve movement. Then again, that would void a return. Ah well, I'll just wait and post my feedback here once it arrives. Thanks Jen! Jaap The full body armour's arm and chest protector part can be unzipped so you can just wear the spine protector if you need. No need to cut anything off. Kris.

I have had no problems with either of my sabre 2s. I have owned a 190 and currenly own a 170 and mostly jump them with a wingsuit. The only time it opened kinda hard was when I dumped in a very steep track(no wingsuit)....but that is to be expected. Kris.
