What do you have against GMO crops? They have allowed us to produce more on less land with far less use of pesticide. With some of the GMO tech. it is also much easier to produce corn and beans using minimum tillage and no-till which saves fuel and almost eliminates soil erosion. Oh and by the way ADM does not grow anything, they just buy grain for processing. And I've owned it since it was around $9.

We just need to make more of it faster. Also all the gasoline engines in the US need to made to run on E-85 or regular gas. Every month the US sets a new ethanol production record. This probably won't stop for a long time. If you have money to invest in something invest in ethanol production.

Try buying fertilizer. not to mention fuel, seed, chemicals, parts/repairs, and land taxes. Everything seems to go way up every year but what I have to sell.

I made the mistake of driving over one with a tractor once. The front end just did a nose dive.

We are not all out to get you. I know of a few of us who like to jump as well.

I've had the same argument with a few friends before. They can't understand why it would be hard to do anythig in freefall since everyone falls at the same speed right

I just don't like them can't really explain it. Maybe it's because they are so fast and sneaky. I generally try to ignore them but have to get rid of them once in a while if my mother finds one, she really hates them.

Same here. A neighbor accidently shot one in the wrong place once though and it died before they could get the blood out, what a mess. Somehow this seems like a weird thread to have on a skydiving sight. Remember when you butcher a pig the only thing to go to waste is the oink!

It's been a while since I've done that. You only let it get to 150lbs? We always waited until they were about 225 before slllliiittt Never heard of an electric collar though.

Hey I live in NY and it does suck. Actually in the Finger Lakes where mx757 is from and it still isn't that great. Never been to Texas but hope to someday I think I would fit right in.

Tandem or AFF for first jump

Not for me but a friend wants to jump and I'm wondering if I should steer him toward an AFF or a tandem. He says he wants to go all the way and get his license. His father used to jump and he really wants to become a skydiver has the time and thinks he has the money so what should I recommend? Thanks -
