    Bad news 4 you: you might have to live with it. I had 40+ jumps on a Maverick(200sqft) with built in turn. Its not a big deal, if you know and you can hadle it.

    I`ve just bought some. 4 packages with 2 pcs in each package for 7.3 Euro with shipping. So its lesz than 1 Euro /pcs. Is it worth working with it?

    Is there some wall, that you can approach with minimal hiking? What is a usual day with big wall jumping? How many jumps can you do with a helicopter?

    You should have serious problems with packing if you have to slow down for that. A consistency check should be an essential part of your packing. Are you flat packing or pro-packing? Both ways have their checkpoints. You should not miss those.

    I skipped gloves last weekend. I`ve managed to cut 2 fingers on both hand in the plane, just opening the plexi door. It was all my fault, but if I would`ve worn gloves... So no more jumps without gloves for me.

    I`d rather review the way of your canopy check. I`ve flat packed a student canopy in the weekend. He let the canopy fall in him, so lines were a bit tricky. I took about 10 minutes to solve that puzzle, but I was 100% sure the lines and risers were correct on the end.

    Once Ive packed my canopy that way. I had a funny feeling on packing and it looked a bit defferent. I`ve noticed that after bagging, so I`ve started over.

    Ok. Try to believe it. When I was a A licensed skydiver I did not know anything about wing loading. I was jumping the rig given by my instructor. Thanks God not every A (or not even) licensed start sucking the wisdom here!

    How many cut-aways do you have? How many of them was on hanging/training harness? How many of them was in real EP? Try to respect other`s opinion. I test my 3ring system before every day of jumping. If I can move the yellow teflon cable with 2(!!!)fingers, I think I can cut it away with even one single hand. I don`t try to fix working things.

    Why do you need a lubricant for a teflon cable in a metalic pipe? Ah, you can collect more dust that way. I see, after using a lubricant, you have to clean it time to time. Nice.

    I`m not a millionaire, but I have bought mine as a new after my "old" got lost for weeks: broken lines+cutaway.

    The rule is < 1.3(5) WL and no elliptical under jump nr 250. No more rules about WL and canopy choice. But there`s a strong mentoring system, so they might not let some jump with a really bad canopy choice.
