Check his position! His right hip is a bit higher than the left. Weight shift?

How many riggers are jumping?
-
It should be easier to inspect lines than a metal thingy for wear.
-
I have a Cobalt 135. That is a softest open canopy I have ever jumped like falling into a pillow case.
-
For what? I've read somewhere that narrow risers would give up and fail earlier than soft links.
-
Why should I buy new French links ? Soft links are better. I have 3 sets of hard links on 2 gears. I have no plan to change them. If I have to change them I'd go for soft links.

(Your) GPS shows ground track only.

what was the worst canopy youve ever jumped?
phoenixlpr replied to caspar's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
Wrong! It tells that they were quality issues in the past. ISO9000 might have been introduced, so if they suck a whole bunch will be the same crap... -
There is no audio in a video stream. I guess you want to demultiplex. Google: demux or demultiplex.

Wow! That's amazing!

Should D license requirements be changed?
phoenixlpr replied to Croc's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
That's interesting. There is a country where anyone get D license if he/she has reached jump #500. It does not grant big things either. It allows to jump without helmet. -
Wow! Diamonds Are Forever!

I have some WS flight profiles, go ahead and calculate it. It could be something between 2:1 and 3:1.

I usually don't bring my hand luggage for check-in. Other question if you can talk through the security check. As someone else told they might be suspicious about those small bags. That is a different story. -
So sh*t! Just pure flash and ego. Your WL might cause those fast openings.

Should D license requirements be changed?
phoenixlpr replied to Croc's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
Sure. FAI has changed the requirements. It had some sense. BTW it think the title is "experienced" and not "expert". hnmmm, thought mine said "expert", I'll have to go back and re-read it... USPA or FAI ??? -
Sure! It can be even better than pro-pack, because you don't have tail in front of the nose. Deployment is a chaos anyway. Go and ask any local riggers about that.

They might want to get your hand luggage measured too. Or just don't bring your hand luggage for check-in and don't forget those idiotic liquid restrictions. -
Keep lines in the center under tension. That's it.
-
What is the point buying an expensive packing machine if someone would pack for $5? Human labor is cheaper and more trusted as you told so.
-
How many line-overs have you got? How many line overs have you seen? I don;t say that is not a problem. Is that a common problem? Why do you want to fix some is not really broken?

Twisted or not what does it matter? When I had a new canopy I was told not to psycho pack by my mentors. I have tried anyway. Rolling was as hard as folding the slippery material. Wolmari pack was good to go. Combining that with reverse-S fold made my life easier. I have thought that I can pack before, now I know that I can pack anything and everything.
-
???? What line twist? You suppose to turn back with the bag if you do psycho packing.

I have some pictures here.
