I've bruised my tail bone twice and broke my fibula. It takes a while to get your confidence back. Just make sure that you don't do it again. Anyone can make a mistake, but not learning from that and doing again???

Why would risers do anything with the main pin, if even the force by the PC/drouge could not remove it? I think pin, d-bag would stay were it was and PC/drouge would be trailing after the jumper under reserve.

I know someone who packed a wrist mounted altimeter into a main canopy accidently. That reserve should be quite small for the packing tray if someone can fit a packing clamp there.

Do you happen to know who has the original? There could be some people not really interested in blood or broken body, but the collapsing canopy. Teach or teach by example?

Oh, Master Qui Gon Jinn . I'm not sure if older suits could be better beginners. I still feel lucky to start with a small winged stable suit. -

If you compare your body would have more resistance, due to the wing is smaller, but the difference is small. What is sink more? Do you mean sink steeper? I have bought a canopy with color coded line attachment. I was a nice added value. I have not ever regretted that decision I made.

I have almost got my FFC on a S3S . That was the only suit I could fit in. -
FYI HiPer canopies are rigged with black coated HMA lines.

You are almost right. Wolmari pack with reverse S-fold. There is a small trick what can make you life easier. No sh1t! You would get even more funny looks if you start psycho packing. I was thinking about it too, but I was seriously discouraged by my mentors.

I think he refered to flying in full flight - no brakes - no front riser applied. That can be the best way to keep the canopy pressurized. Higher speed - higher pressure in our RAM-air wing.

You are the first I've heard this term. All I know is replacing the old line-set with a new one.

Eh. What is in the manual? Do not roll the nose. Place the nose in the middle, place the slider over the nose. Roll the tail. I had more than 300 jumps on a Pilot 150. I got about less than 10 line twist altogether due to my poor position.

If I catch that on myself I use to ask a newbie for check me. Some of them got "dead".

Or more Ok. only if you are getting in CRW. Anyway one hook knife should do. Just don't forget where have you put it. I have a cheap plastic and a one with metal handle on my rigs.

There is an endless discussion about the quality of hook knives. There seems to be a demand for even the cheap plastic hook knife. Don't worry too much you might drop you knife anyway, before use.
