  1. I've sponsored several children through World Vision, and my family also helps to run a non-profit organization for the Children's hospital in Lima, Peru. It is wonderful work. Thank you, Gary, for helping to remind me and others to think about truly helping those who are less fortunate than ourselves. It is wonderful that you have decided to sponsor another child, especially at this time of the year. I am so impressed by your loving, compassionate act. May God bless you, Gary.
  2. Awww...two cute females by their lonesome...of course the men will be falling all over themselves to help you two! Where are you moving? You little girl will be sooo delighted with the snow! Building snowmen as a child ROCKS!!! ~
  3. YOU are supposed to add yourself to the list by copying the list and adding yourself to it at the bottom.
  4. OH MY!!! That IS funny! Skymama just showed me a pic of "the shirt" that Wendy was talking about. HOT MAMA! In her defense, shirts and cleavage can unexpectedly "come alive" when a woman sits down. I swear, it isn't always something that a woman is prepared for when wearing a new top. Poor Skymama. It's like that Seinfeld episode when Elaine looses a shirt button and keeps flashing everyone.
  5. You innocent soccer mom, you... Honestly, I think that men like to do these things sometimes, especially for someone as sweet and pretty as you, Andrea. It makes them feel manly, and, technically, they DID volunteer. I always appreciate these actions, and I always think highly of the men who help to carry my bags, etc. YAY for the chivalrous men in our lives!~ Many times, because of my size and gender, men (and bigger women, too!) offer to do things for me that they would never do for other people. This has, in the past, alienated me from some women. For instance, when I was learning to scuba dive, all the men and women were so much bigger than me that my instructor would make me take care of the organizing, instead of handling everyone's heavy gear, like the others. My roommate was a tall, very strong chick who was pretty mad/jealous. I did all MY grunt work, but she was very catty to me in our room, anyway. Back then, I still tried to do as much as possible to fit in with the men, so as not to piss off the women. Now, I am a little older and wiser. If women have a problem with how men cater to me, that is not my problem. I have found that no matter what I do, those same women will find fault with something...anything...that I do. The real friendly females, don't care either way! Those women, along with most men, are the ones that I call my friends.
  6. I would love to go to the Grand Canyon with you guys. I am tiny (5 ft. tall, 97 lbs.), so I fit almost anywhere.
  7. YAYAYAAY!!!!! I am going to meet the Freeflygoddess!!!! I can't wait!!!
  8. OMG! Sunny, we think alike, girl! (Or we are both totally fucking lazy). I have the SAME "Melon Medley" in mine!!!! Edited: to repeat...I LOVE MY MELON MEDLEY!!!!
  9. Sorry, my BF wouldn't like that. You know what, though, I had a BF who was from Perth!!! Isn't that a strange coincidence? I mean how many people do you come across in L.A. who are from Perth?
  10. You are so cool, Jeanne! I've already met you, so I couldn't include you on this thread. Anyhoo, I, too, complimented your smile in the pic that you posted in the "Badger" thread. Go look, you "hottie", you!
  11. Nah, it's so nice to read a compliment, and if this is the worst week of the year for you...you need it.
  12. Sorry, I was answering a PM or two... Anyway, damn, I was at Elsinore 9-1, Perris 9-5, Elsinore 9-6, 9-7 then, I had to stop jumping for 3 weeks because I had my hard opening. Oh well, the next time that you make it out, send me a PM.
  13. OK, I LOOOOOVE that first picture of you, Amazon. You look fabulous and the grin is awesome!
  14. Stop!!!! I need some, too....droooool... Hey, we can have a Mango Party in Eloy!
  15. Oh, when did you come out? I go to other DZs, too, you know. The next time that you come out, please let me know. I would love to meet you.
  16. My future kid(s) will probably be taller than me after only a few years... It's OK. Good things come in small packages! Ooops...I'm hijacking my own thread! Ok, back to the love for our Skymama...
  17. Seriously, all the skyguys are hot...all of them!
  18. Aww...that's cute, Terry, thanks. Also, I know that beautiful skygoddess that you are talking about. It's Lew! Isn't she BEAUTIFUL!!! She posts here under Lewmonst. She is a regular at Elsinore, but she is not jumping, yet. She was injured and had surgery...well, you can do a search here. Anyway, she is sooo nice, but (sorry guys) taken by Ed (one of the intructors). I will introduce you to Lew, though, if you'd like. AllisonJr, my PMS, you know that I think that you are totally drop-dead gorgeous. I mentioned you and my other PMS in the other thread. The same for you Shannon (GirlFallDown). Damn, I forgot to mention you, but you are totally beautiful, too. Again...Squeak, Wrongway, Freefallfreak, Kramer, Mr12Mk1G , etc. I'd love to meet you all. Thank you so much for the compliments! You are all hot skygods in my eyes!!! Edited: Oooops..she beat me to the post! There she is, Terry!
  19. I thought that we could start a thread about one of our dear friends, who has been feeling a little blah, lately. Andrea is one of the nicest woman that I have ever met. She gives of herself selflessly and with all her heart. She has always been there for me to talk with. (We write to each other every day, and all her PMs are encouraging.) She knows how to pick people up when they are down...she helped me so much after Florida. (She was also one of only three people whom I initially called.) She is physically stunning with a beautiful smile and laugh. She is actually really funny and a little saucy! She is a fantastic mother. She is classy and is always a "lady". This community, her kids, her family are all better for having her in our lives.
  20. Thank you so much, Clint (You're handsome and nice, too!), and everyone else for all the compliments. I have been sick and feeling a little bloated and ugly for the last few weeks. This really makes my day!!!
  21. YAYAYAYAY!!!!!! I'm so very happy that you are thinking positive. It is ALWAYS better to count your blessings, than to dwell on the negativity. You can change the negative to positives, and that is truly going to make you feel even happier about yourself. I'm soooo happy for you, Chris. I'm very proud of you, too.
  22. Yup...it's sad, but true. I had no idea until the "date" was over.
