then on the flip side, there are camps hosted by folks that are quite fluent to the ways of modern flying (mantis, freefly, whatever) and do an exemplary job of tunnel coaching because they have participated and are outstanding body flyers. Juliana, Fabian, and Joao come to mind. they (thank god) are part of the skyventure tunnelcamp team and are an incredibly wonderful addition. they compliment the team. so after spewing forth all of that, bottom line is to do your homework about a tunnel camp if you choose to participate. just because someone says "we're doing a tunnel camp", don't assume that it's associated with skyventure. we provide the venue. think about it this way: just because the college league team plays at yankee stadium doesn't mean that their schedule should be listed on the yankees homepage. same with anything calling itself a tunnelcamp. I soooooo agree about the skyventure team consisting of amazing body fliers, like Juliana and Fabian. Those two are amazing instructors (I cannot compliment them enough!), and the Skyventure team as a whole is absolutely top-notch! In another year, if I can afford it, I would love to take another tunnel camp through Skyventure. I know that in the end, it is worth the extra money to work with the best tunnel instructors. :) Since we are at the tunnel so much when we are going through the camp, it feels like a little family. They must be so proud of us, too. They see us grow and blossom in such a short period of time. Anyway, right now that I am thinking about them, I really love and miss my Florida Skyventure family. Arrrrgh...I have an excuse! LOL! We drove from one side of the island to the other in an open jeep, and we were hiking for a little while. Then, it began to lightly rain. On our way back we went a quick route and were on rough roads surrounded by cows at one point! It was sooo much fun. I love adventures like that!
