Not true. Personally, I do not think that I am sooo beautiful, like Tanja, but I, too, HAVE been offered a "crapload" of money to pose for men's calendars, magazines and/or to be a spokesmodel, etc. (They weren't necessarily nude pics, but some would have definitely been "sexy".) I have NEVER accepted these offers, nor have I ever been interested in making money this way as I have been approached while minding my own business in Kinko's, gas stations, magazine stands, etc. In my opinion, my mind is worth much more than my body. Yet, I also think that if Tanja or any other woman wants to make her money that way, then that is her choice. The truth is that many men would not feel too happy if their mothers, sisters or daughters were posing with legs spread in suggestive poses for masturbating men. The mere thought of men getting off on your mother's, sister's, daughter's sexuality is potentially upsetting. Isn't it? On the other hand, I WOULD pose nude for a truly artistic black/white photograph or painting/drawing, etc. I SHOULD have agreed a few years back to pose for a very talented photographer, who met me when I was a costume designer on a film set. He called me to take the place of one of his models. I was speechless, and I was too shy to accept. The photograph was to be of 3 female nudes' (I would be one) torsos/curves lying down with body paint to blend into the background of mountains/sand. What a beautiful concept! I had a much better body back then, but I was too chicken to be nude on a set. Since this was a sensual (not sexual) picture, I would have felt beautiful, not degraded by it. Also, several of my friends/acquaintances have posed for an all nude rock climbing calendar called STONE NUDES. I stopped climbing in early '99, long before these pictures were taken, but I would probably have been asked to pose and perhaps accepted if I was still climbing today. I am a big fan of these calendars. They are totally beautiful pictures. Personally, I am still very shy about my own public nudity, yet I have no problem with other people's nudity as I paint & draw nudes myself. Everyone's opinions of what is acceptable nudity for themselves, and what is pornography or degrading differ greatly.

Angela is not "degrading" herself by stating her opinion. YOU are judging Angela, who judged a woman who poses for porn. Why is Angela's judgement any worse than yours? There is no black and white here. Everyone judges each other on some level. Angela even stated that her statement was jmo (just my [her] opinion). We sitflew really well together in my dream...maneuvering well around the other freefliers in the place and still holding hands for some reason!!! I think that initially you were holding my hand because you were trying to protect me from the homeless guy that wouldn't let me go. Somehow, I felt that you got rid of him when you were holding my hand. I was upset at not being able to walk from being so drunk and disoriented. All the strangers looked really scary to me, too. Suddenly, they were all my friends from DZ.com. I remember thinking that we were in some bar in Eloy for some reason. Then, we all began to fly. (The ceilings were high... the room suddenly huge!) It was like a skydiving episode of Fame!!!

OMG, I just remembered, Turtle, you were in my dream!!! I think that you were the friend sitflying with me. Anyhoo, it was my first (BEER!) real flying dream that I can recall. I had one a long time ago, but I was a witch in Salem flying very fast and close to the ground (hovering) one Autumn night in the late 1600's. I know, I'm weird. Anyway, I am not on acid, but I am sick today. Can you tell that I am anxious to try out my sit?

I am feeling really sick and miserable, so I lay down for a nap. When low and behold, I begin to dream a little dream... I am with a group of people at some bar. (I don't go to bars normally, but OK.) I get stinking drunk and leave with a male friend because I am upset at something that some other male said to me. Then, I decide to return to the bar (my male friend doesn't), but I only make it to just outside the bar. I am suddenly on the ground and cannot get up because I am just too drunk. Some homeless people are laying down around me, taking a spot for the night. I am hurrying to get back inside, but one bum, in particular grabs me and will not let go. I finally go inside the bar, but I cannot walk around some decorations and a tree (?) to get to the restroom. I am trying and trying to get there. Suddenly, another male friend of mine is holding my hand. At some point, I just give up walking, and I begin to sitfly. My friend sitflies with me. YEAH!!! I knew he wouldn't let me down as he is flying his slot. Actually, he is still holding one of my hands...LOL! I can feel the wind on my palms as I press down to get higher and higher (like in the wind tunnel). As soon as I began to fly, everyone else in the bar (who were all skydivers from DZ.com) began to sitfly and even do some headdown carving in this place (high ceilings). WTF are we? I am trying to figure it out. I realize that we are all soooo good because we are freeflying and don't even need the tunnel. I also realize that we can all fly whenever we want to fly. Then, I am suddenly at the tunnel in Florida. I peek through the windowed door and see Juliana (freefly coach) with some of the old freeflyers from FF2. I am shocked when I realize that they are already taking another tunnel camp. Then, the phone rang and awoken me. Isn't that a funny dream? My favorite part was when I saw the whole huge room full of people flying and realized that I was able to fly anytime ...anywhere.

Damn, I'm laughing.

I'm sorry for being overly sensitive today, everyone. I am just really sick today. I know that Clay was just kidding, but the large chest jokes get so old. I have heard them my whole life.
