  1. Scott, the one night that I was drunk, and you captured it all on film. Funny, I was actually Little Red for Halloween one year, too. Hmmm...don't worry. The "big, bad wolf" didn't try to hurt Little Red Riding Hood. He was actually pretty nice and gentleman-like for a "wolf" and Little Red kept her self-respect and virtue. I almost wrote that the big bad wolf didn't try to "eat" Little Red, but then I started laughing at the wording... Thanks for the fun pictures, Scott! You da sneakiest of monkeys!
  2. Hello Derek, I'm so very happy that I got to jump with you and Kelli. You are a "skygod" to me. Anyhoo, thank you so much for everything that you've written and explained to us all both in person and on the forums. I have learned so very much just from having e-mailed and PMed Kelli and youself. Your and Kelli's e-mail many months ago when I was still an insecure student made me keep pursuing this beautiful sport that I truly love. You probably don't remember it, but it made a huge impression on me. You really, really helped me when I needed it. I could never thank you enough. I think that I cried when I read your e-mail. Derek, I also have printed out and saved on my desktop posts written by yourself as you are so incredibly knowledgeable. I really want you to know that you have made a HUGE difference to me. I truly hope that one day, you will get the urge to come back to play in the sky. I know that a huge part of you must love to fly, and you are so amazingly good at it. It is just a pleasure to watch someone with such skills. Now that you are not going to be flying anymore, maybe my guy and I will see you and Kelli on a climbing trip. I want to return to climbing and seeing you two may be the incentive that I need. Please take care of yourself and my girl, Kelli. I hope that you will also stop by the forums every now and then to say "hi"! With much respect and huge hugs, ROSA
  3. Holy Crap! Edited: What jump was that? Damn! I may have been hung-over still at Chick's Rock on the all-female "Hoop dive". Attached is my hung-over smile...
  4. When, where, how and did SHE enjoy it?
  5. Sorry JJF, I'm overly sensitve and offend easily. OK, the wind tunnel is too loud for any music to be heard. It's too cold in the winter, for damn sure!!! It's very dirty with bugs and all. It can be much more violent with sudden changes/drops in wind pressure. Sex in there doesn't sound too comfortable or like too much fun. I'm sorry that you are lonely, and not you are not an idiot. I'm just moody right now as I'm really sick and in pain. I've edited, and I'm sending you a huge cyber hug.
  6. Edited to add: I think i enjoyed glow stick passing with Katiebear the most!! I didn't pass the "glowstick" with Katiebear, but she did kiss me a couple of times...SOFT LIPS!!!!
  7. They were probably wondering WTF your jumpmaster was doing kissing you during your AFF4.
  8. Have any of you actually been in a wind tunnel? Sex in a wind tunnel? Yuck...bugs.
  9. Oh Alli! I soooo love that picture of you...and look at how happy Barbie looks. LOL! Btw, I agree. Ignore the men with the rude remarks. Men can be disgusting and insensitive sometimes. I love all your pics. I also love YOU, Alli! XOXOXO ROSA
  10. I am already on this. Next year you'll see photographs of all of the folks that make Skydive Arizona work located in the east hallway near manifest
  11. Thank you for asking. Being too lightly loaded under canopy can be dangerous. My hip is feeling much better because I am taking it easy. Unfortunately, my health has taken a turn for the worse. My chronic illnesses have finally caught up with me. I am now in pain, typing in bed and taking antibiotics. I have my yearly surgery (private, so please don't ask) on Monday, and I just realized that it's my sky birthday that day. Oh well, I can always DREAM that I am flying. After all, I will be high on that anesthesia!
  12. To the lovely Betsey, I know that I already wrote to you, my dear, but I wanted to publicly thank you so much for everything that you did for us. Taken from my PM to you: "The organization for all the specialty jumps and the incredible talent that was so accessible to us all was just awesome! Please thank everyone in Eloy for us DZ.commers. Every single person that worked at the Eloy boogie made it the success that it was. The boogie was truly perfection, and I learned so much. That was one of my biggest motivation for going ~ to have this as a learning experience." Also, Betsey, please know that you really touched my heart by showing me your flawless Nationals video. Watching your video, and my sunset 4-way with Todd (Airspeed) immediately afterwards (from 15500!) was the highlight of my trip. Of course, along with all the new friendships that I made. I love and miss you all, and I thought that this boogie was an incredible achievement. Hopefully, I can return to Eloy for the Easter boogie or a skills camp. For next year, I have two tiny requests. One is that perhaps on the cross-country sunset loads, we could be let out a little further from the DZ (even though I was last out, I easily made it back with sooooo much time to spare). Also, perhaps, the organizers can have pictures taken and posted with their names on a board/wall somewhere with what kinds of jumps that they will be helping with. I had a hard time locating some of them (for the cross-country and for my tracking dive) because I had no idea what they looked like. I felt a little stressed out when I couldn't find them, but, as you know, I am a newbie. Of course, eventually, I found them, and they were all excellent to work with/fly with! Anyway, also as a new skydiver, I have nothing but respect for everyone that put this boogie together. Thank you all for keeping us safe. I could tell that everyone in Eloy was being very cautious with altitude, etc. I thought that it was very, very smart. I felt more secure and less intimidated once I saw how safely this huge boogie was being run. Thanks to you, manifest, pilots, DZO, LO's, Instructors, camera flyers, packers, vendors, food people, drivers, etc., etc., etc. for everything! Much love and blue skies, ROSA
  13. Aw...and I was unshowered, unshaven, and stinky with my nasty hat too!! LOL! Weren't we all! Awww...belly diving can be fun. I'll bet that you would have been smiling if we had done a belly dive together! Us "old", boring, RW peeps are not so bad! Airtime is whatever you make it! To me, it's ALL magic!
  14. Yeah, it was really nice to meet you, too.
  15. I have never seen them. Btw, I was interested in this thread because I thought that it was about human thumbs. You see, I have the strangest looking thumbs myself. They are tiny, but shaped like a cobra's head or peanut or something. They are not very pretty. Years ago, I even had a girl in high school tell me that they were extremely ugly!
  16. Whoa, I'm supposed to be in Vegas on the 24-25th. Maybe you, JT, Melissa and myself can get together at some point.
  17. Bettina, you are so beautiful. I loooooove your avatar.
  18. nope he looked fine on the ballon jump i did with him... i have the video of another dz.commer though and she did look like a scared little girl but well she was scared and very litle and a girl so it all fit...lol..... I don't know what you are talking about. Hmmm...a little girl...why, thank you. (Snicker) Btw, I'm 32.
  19. Taya, I miss you, cutie. Thank you (and Katie) for my girlie hug when I was crying about my hip on Saturday. It really made me feel better to be able to cry it out with you two. I miss all you guys and girls. It sucks that it's all over. I'm sending cyber hugs and kisses to all of you.
  20. I believe that I read my all-time favorite euphemism for male masturbation in the Kama Sutra ~ "Seizing the Lion" Edited: The following texts from The Kama Sutra (which date back to the forth century B.C.), describe how Hindus relieved sexual energy when they didn't have a partner. "When men have no women to sleep with, they satisfy themselves with other kinds of vulvas, or with dolls, or else masturbate. He manages by simply "seizing the lion" [simbakranta], meaning masturbation."
  21. Yes, it just doesn't get sexier than that...
  22. ROFLMAO!!!!!! Sorry, but Bettina's is better.
  23. Bwahahahaha!!! You are soooo funny, Tallguy! You talked about your mullet for soooo long. Ok, fine, I admit it. You still look good, even with a mullet. Hey, remember when I slapped you? Good times, huh?
  24. I have thanked them in other posts, but I will thank them again! Thank you, Sangiro, Betsey, Greg, Omar, all of Airspeed, manifest, other LO's, vendors, food people, drivers, pilots, DZOs, fellow DZ,commers, etc. etc. etc. I love you all and thank you from the bottom of my heart. It was a beautiful experience that I will never forget! I must return next year...or before then if I can help it. I loved every minute. Thank you! Raising glass in air...(Salud!)
  25. Attached is my nomination, as this picture and her posts always made me smile. I didn't know Holly, but I began to lurk when she was still alive and posting. When she passed away, I was still a lurker; however, her death had a profound affect on me. I felt closer to this group of people called skydivers on the net. About a month later, I began to post myself. Blue skies forever, Holly.
