Add in the medical costs, all the different state and federal programs that they take money from. That 7 billion they pay is nothing compared to what goes out. Of the all the Tax Id numbers used to pay taxes. I think it is like 1.4 million. Only half of those are from illegal immigrants. So 700,00 of the 1.8 million or so illegals pay taxes. the other 1.1 million take and do not give anything. We still save money. Dom

My uncle used to live right on the border. You could see the TJ lights from his apartment at night. We would sit out on his patio at night and you could watch dozens and dozens of people cross all night long. I think I saw border patrol once in all the years he lived there. The one time I remember seeing them. It was like watching the Keystone cops. Maybe 15 agents trying to round up 50 or so people trying to cross. I think they stopped maybe 10 of them. That is why I think all religion is BS. Every religion is divided against itself. That is evident by the fact that every one has a bible or whatever and those books are then tailored to whatever that particular group within that religion believes. The bible says gays shouldn't marry. But some Christian faiths ignore that and some don't. I was a member of a Mormon Church in Irvine for awhile as a kid. Mostly went because they had a good basketball league and pretty girls...but they were all good people in the Ward. I am still very good friends with a lot of them. One of them is like a brother to me to this day. But the fact is Joseph Smith was supposedly a prophet and had a direct line to God. God told him it is alright to have multiple wives. So he wrote in the Book of Mormon. Later on people said....we dont think this part is right...so lets change it. Seems to me if God told Mr. Smith that is the right thing, well they should be following what their God said to this day right? Pick and choose, pick and choose. Dom

Nobody likes the idea of a full on fence. Costs to much, not enough people to man it. Looks like East and West Germany. Whatever. We need a big old fence that shocks the ever loving shit out of you if you get within 10 feet of it. Stop spending money on these wars and build a fence. Are the same ones that are upset that people dont want a Mosque built near Ground Zero. They need to lock the border down from end to end. It is the only way to keep it from crossing over. It is madness to not do so. You live near the border dont you? Im sure it isnt bad where you live, but now that these guys are threatening LEO and even the news outlets. It is only a matter of time before they follow through on these threats. They get away with bribery, murder, kidnapping, intimidation and all sorts of stuff in Mexico. I think that makes them believe it will be just as easy here to do the same things.
