They both make very good helmets but I like Boneheads a little better. They are easier to get the right fit. The way they can be baked to give you a custom fit is really nice. I've seen them come along way in the last 5 or so years. I Really think the Flat Top Pro is the best helmet on the market. Or if you do a lot of free flying you should check out the OPTICK. Dom

Get the second opinion! I have seen someone go in from 2000 ft. Break almost everything on one side of his body and jump again a year later. Find a doctor who is a skydiver and understands what the body goes through during a jump. Remember the mind is a powerful thing as well. If you set your mind to it I bet you can recover and jump again. Good luck!!!! Dom

I agree with the last post. It works at least you know that! After my first reserve ride (or right before I cut away) I realized I did not know if it really worked! The next time I bought a reserve, I jumped it as a main first. Nothing like a little piece of mind.
